Clothes Mentor

I had a great experience here. The woman working greeted me when I walked in, was very friendly and helpful. They bought almost all of the clothes I brought in to sell, and I also bought a few pieces while I was there. The store was clean and everything was very organized and put together. I will definitely be going back to sell more and possibly buy more.

Very nice store, nice employees. Took three bags in to sell. Two clothes and one shoes. They bought all the shoes and some of the clothes. Was a fair offer so I was happy to take it.
Their back wall behind the registers needs organization. It's were they keep a lot of their higher priced items and it's totally unshopable from a distance. Just all jumbled together.
Management could help them out by getting them a polishing sponge for shoes and a lint roller for clothes. I noticed some clothes on the rack that had animal hair and the Dr. Martens on the back wall looked dull.
Will return if and when I have more things to sell. 👍

This store is a true gem! They have super nice items for very reasonable prices. There are a lot of clothes to look through but you will almost always find something you like. They sometimes have close to brand new Louis Vuitton Red Bottoms. Go check them out !

I was very anxious about coming to this location to sell some of my clothes due to the reviews I read, but I was pleasantly surprised. I came in around 3:30, they close at 5, and the lady said it would take about 30 minutes to go through the items I brought. I brought two big boxes so I wasn't going to be surprised if it took longer than they said. I decided to stay and look around while I waited. While I didn't really find a lot of things I liked, they had a large variety of clothes and accessories. Once my clothes were ready to get picked up, they ladies at the cash register were all very nice. They explained why they couldn't take some items. They took about 1/3 of my stuff, and gave me a very decent price for everything they took. I live in Newark, and it was definitely worth the drive! I will definitely be back here in a couple months when I switch out my closet!!

Just had the most amazing experience in here with Gabrielle tonight! I was having a rough day and needed a little pick me up, she was so patient with me and my indecisiveness and went out of her way to find me things. Sweetest girl, in addition to the other lady working tonight (whose name I forgot, I’m sorry) but gosh they were fabulous. Found express item still of tags on them and some J.Crew store brand new. And spend 60 bucks. Thanks you Gabrielle for being so patient with me.

I'm almost hesitant to leave the glowing review this place deserves, because I don't want a ton of competition for the plethora of awesome clothes I find whenever I stop in this place. But it's true, this place is such a gem! I always end up spending more than I wanted to, but that's not the fault of the store so much. Instead blame my lack of will power and give credit to their consistently high quality, wonderful selection of plus sized clothes!

Often as a plus sized woman I find shopping -- and thrifting, in particular -- to be a depressing, soul crushing endeavor. But this place has a HUGE selection of larger sizes compared to other stores of its kind. Even better, they actually organize items on the racks by size, so I don't have to sort through a bazillion standard sized items to find something that fits me.

Are there cheaper prices offered at other used clothing stores? Sure. But this place is clean and well kept, better organized, and their standards for quality are obviously higher than someplace like Goodwill or OhioThrift. Surely I am not the only plus sized person who is happy to shell out a bit more money in exchange for a shopping experience that doesn't leave me empty-handed and dejected. BLESS THIS STORE!

I've just received my online order from this store's Gahanna location and the quality was what I expected. I'm very happy with my purchase primarily because they had the exact items I was looking for. Their online shopping option saves so much time since I don't live so close and probably wouldn't make a trip to visit their physical location.

I absolutely love Clothes Mentor. My first experience with Clothes Mentor was several years ago at the first and original location at Henderson Rd. I could never leave without buying a 'few items". The selection and prices were and still are great. Then they opened the one in Westerville, then the one after that in Dublin, then the last one in Gahanna. I have happily shopped in all of these Clothes Mentors and my closets attest to my many shopping forays at these stores. More often than not, a good portion of Clothes Mentors stock is brand new, yet they keep the resale prices extremely reasonable. I truly recommend all of the Clothes Mentor stores. Ladies, you won't be disappointed.

Clothes Mentor is a women's resale shop that really impresses. My wife usually comes out with an item or two that were amazing deals. The selection is pretty strong as well--a wide variety of brand-name items in excellent condition.

Very kind and very helpful at the Gahanna store I really like the young lady that helped me out she was very helpful and nice and very professional and I really like that store that's one of my favorites thank you but all the ladies are nice usually but that one there I particularly like thanks and I will be back soon
