I worked with Wendy Williams for 3 years gradually furnishing our new home. Wendy is great to work with, comes up with great options, and helped me look at my living room in a whole new way to make it warm and inviting. It was great working with Alvin! He explained about the many different options we could choose from in customizing our new couch. We love the style, length and texture of it. The quality of the couch was well worth the couple of months it took to make it.

MARILYNN DAL PORTO spent a significant amount of time with us going through every chair in the store until we found the perfect chair that fit our style, our bodies, and what we currently have in our house. It was a long process and we are extremely happy with what we picked out. She pointed things out that we never thought of plus helped us in choosing colors and material that worked well for our lifestyle. Marilyn was an excellent sales person who made buying our furniture fun. We would definitely request Maryilynn again for our future Ethan Allen purchases.

Ethan Allen makes great looking, comfortable furniture and accessories, but Wendy Lee Williams takes their products to another level. Her vision of which pieces and colors will work in my home is incredible. She helped me with formal and casual rooms in my home over the past 5 years and it all looks perfect together ❤. She challenges my thinking while still using my preferences, so I have not made any bad purchases since working with Wendy! So many compliments ☺

Wonderful service! The sleeper sofa I bought came with a tiny cut in fabric, the service department was right on top of it. Came to my house to replace the whole arm! I certainly will but from them again

We have had nothing but great experiences with Glenn Mielke and the staff at Ethan Allen! Glenn does an amazing job planning a gorgeous room (he's done several for us) and is very accommodating to our busy schedules. We also love the quality of the furniture - it is comfortable but holds up against the years and use. Would highly recommend Glenn at Ethan Allen the next time you're looking for furnish a room!

We purchased a custom order recliner with our choice of leather with the motorized mechanism. It was estimated that it would take approximately 12 weeks to delivery. It arrived in 4 weeks which was great! My husband loves his new favorite comfy chair! It is great looking! Our designer/salesperson Nancy was awesome! It was an all around positive experience!

We walked in thinking we wanted new furniture but we're not sure what or how we would redo the rooms themselves. Glenn found us and started listening. Not talking, listening! It was great, we started getting ideas and picking items we thought were us.

He visited our home, again listening, and looking at how we lived. We talked about what we wanted in terms of using the living room and kitchen.

Glenn built us a beautiful plan. Beyond furniture he helped us find the style and design we wanted.

Our rooms are now beyond our expectations and we feel like we have a new home!

I had an excellent experience with Ethan Allen. I worked with Lisa from the Brookfield, Wi store. She was knowledgeable and responsive. The selection of fabrics is vast and provided lots of variety. Lisa created a floor plan which ensured that everything would fit and integrated the pieces we wanted to keep with new ones. Our living room turned out better than I could have hoped. The delivery was sooner than expected and everything was as ordered. Lisa did a good job of keeping me informed all along the way.

We worked with Lisa H. at Ethan Allen in Brookfield Wi. Our experience with Lisa was outstanding. Her creative input was valued and implemented. Visitors at our home tell us it looks like a picture in a magazine. She was able to mix many new furniture pieces with our existing furniture. Her communication was timely and informative. The selection at Ethan Allen was perfect for our needs. I look forward to continue to work with Lisa in the future.

After on-line shopping, I decided to I'd rather shop live at Ethan Allen. I was lucky enough to work with Wendy Lee Williams. Wendy really listened to my style preferences and the way we live. She visited our new condo before and after I made decisions to ensure everything worked well in our space. We also met several times at the store. She provided me with well-curated selections that showed she'd truly listened to me. She quickly provided new choices when I asked for different fabrics/rug. She respected my budget and focused on the elements that set the tone and style for our home. I'm very excited to see it all come together and I know Wendy Lee will be with me every step of the way.

Already in the process of decorating our Door County condo with another decorator, my wife and I visited the Ethan Allen Showroom in Brookfield just to pick out a desk for our son. There we met Wendy Williams, one of the designers and our decorating experience improved dramatically. In a relaxed, informative and upbeat manner she interpreted our vision almost immediately. It helped a lot that we liked the Ethan Allen style already, but Wendy made it come alive by selecting unusual and interesting fabrics that she had familiarity with at her finger tips. Within a couple hours, we had picked out several pieces that we were truly excited about and looked forward to seeing in our new condo. The process went from tedious and frustrating to fun and creative. In short, Wendy helped us select all of the furniture in our Door County home and we are so proud to show it off. Hard to believe that Wendy could work with two novices asking for "cool California wine country" and come up with something so unique and special.

This is our second experience working with Ethan Allen. Our designer, Marilyn, gave us exceptional service each time (16 years apart)!! She came into our home to measure our space, then to show us the fabric samples we had chosen in the store. We can only speak highly of Marilyn’s creative eye. We are excited to see our new furniture.

My wife & I have purchased from this store a few times and been very happy with their service. Nancy has helped us each time and she is very knowledgeable and guided us well in our selections. Customer service is great, delivery exceeded expectations and the quality of the furniture very good. We look forward to buying more furniture here!

I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Steve Linko at the Ethan Allen Customer Service Center. Our home in Punta Gorda, Florida faced some water damage from Hurricane Ian and Steve was so kind to help send us the delivery receipts so that we could complete our insurance claim for water damage to the furniture we purchased within the year. This is again a reason why we love Ethan Allen and appreciate greatly the customer service they provide on all fronts of there business. Thank you Steve! You made a stressful situation easier so that we can move forward.

Glenn Mielke is a fabulous designer! The master bedroom and great room look beautiful with the furniture he suggested and I purchased. He also helped with accent pieces and rearranging my books and pieces on my wall of bookcases. He gave my house a total new look that I love!
