Be careful with the owner, EC Canterbury. I am a dealer in Arizona and I assign him to repo one car for me. Car has 2 GPS and we sat on the computer to locate vehicle for him so he can repo it. I paid him $450.00. Normally it is $250 with GPS but I did not mind paying him . The problem started after he repo the car. He collaborated with the customer Who stole Radio, TV screen and cut some wires of the car. When car arrived here in Arizona, We could not unload it from the truck. We called tow truck and towed it to a mechanic shop paying $135.00. When I called him saying why you let him remove so many items from the car. This is what he said" THE GUY WAS ROUDY". I said but why you did not monitor him while he was taking his belongings. He said" we have almost 12 people in the office so we could not watch him". It means that he got something from my customer to trash my car. I am going to file a report with Ohio Attorney general.
