Yao Lee Oriental Supermarket

A nice Asian grocery. They have everything that you might want to pick from a Chinese grocery. They have some fresh produce, frozen stuff. I love to pick dumplings from Chinese supermarkets. They are absolutely the best. You can choose from many options. We bought some sauces, and a pack of green tea, and a traditional bamboo- made steaming pan. The staff/ owner was very friendly and he explained how to use that pot. Overall the grocery is what I was looking for, and I’m going back soon.

Yao Lee was one of my favorite stores and I went there very frequently during my time in Columbus. The quality of their products is great and their impressive variety allows you to get what you need and try new things as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Whether you have a recipe or are just browsing, Yao Lee is perfect for it.

WOW, they have a awesome selection of items. Definitely was not expecting all of that. And they have a mini restaurant which is cool, will be shopping here from now on! The owner is super cool too, highly recommend!

Good Asian grocery near OSU campus! Not too large but has most things I need.

Great neighborhood Asian market with a lot of options in a small space. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. They have also recently added a lot of stuff to their prepared foods section near the front, including a lot of lesser known dim sum type items. Their vegetable steamed bun and golden lava buns were really good. They also make a selection of dumplings that they keep stocked in the freezer that are excellent.

Lots of great imported products here, and the owners and workers are very nice.

I got some strawberry popping sugar macaroons and they were awesome ! Grabbed a yogurt drink that had expired and I noticed when I got to the car, employee/owner (not really sure which he was ) insisted it was the date it was made. He did give me a refund on it though, he was nice about it.

This place might be smaller than others, but the staff is super friendly, and they're always super helpful! It has been a moment since my last visit and the lady (I assume owner or owner's wife) remembered me! This is one of the few markets that has my favorite onion chicken ramen! 🖤🖤🖤🖤

Love this place! It's clean, great prices, customer service is always awesome. While cashing out, the man up front suggested some dumpling sauce for a few items I purchased, and I was excited to try out his recommendation. This sauce is the boss baby, get you some.

Nice little Aidan market that's really quite large inside. Found everything I needed for my Chinese meal plan!

Super friendly staff! Overall, has a great selection of Asian ingredients and products. I've been taking the deep dive into chinese cooking but have needed some obscure ingredients, but I can always get help finding them here.

Nice shop with lots of Asian selections not available in the big stores with great prices. The employees are very nice and helpful! On occasion they also offer homemade goods like bubble tea too! I was happy to find (at least) 2 things I was looking for that I can never find elsewhere, natural spicy mustard powder and natural mushroom (soy) sauce. Highly recommend if you are in the need for cooking up some delicious Asian cuisine! Fun fact, they had flavors of potato chips I'd only seen in Asia available too!

Great grocery store that has everything you need. I often use their ingredients to make Filipino food. The owners are very kind. A must visit for anyone looking for Asian ingredients.

I ❤ Yao Lee. All the essentials and more, curated. Owner and staff are very friendly and recognize regular customers. They stock a nice selection of frozen meat, fresh produce, snacks, sauces, noodles, preserved veggies, frozen dumplings, etc.

I love this little market. The selection is not as large as other international markets and they don't have as much fresh produce but the people working are extremely nice and helpful. The cashier lady told me she used to teach Chinese cooking classes. She has been very helpful the few times I've asked about certain ingredients. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go here but it's conveniently located for me to quickly run in when I need a hard to find ingredients and Lucky's or Giant Eagle doesn't have it.
