Dave Kohler was great! We discussed each service item before agreeing on the SO and he had the tech start on my car immediately after my departure. He was very professional and very responsive. My car service was completed ahead of the promised time. Highly recommend Dave and the dealership.

I brought in my car to Crown Mercedes Benz following a recall notice I had received from the factory. Tyler Hill assisted me in the most professional way possible. My car was ready to pick up after the repairs were done completely in about three hours or so. Tyler was very polite, very friendly and as knowledgeable and professional as could be expected. Next time I want to bring in my car for service I will insist on being served by Tyler. Five star customer service. Thank you.

I had another good dealership experience. My service rep Bryan Moser was very personable. He remembered me from prior service work, called me by my name and was very polite. Although my appointment was very early in the morning Bryan was alert and very helpful answering my questions. It was nice to be treated as an individual customer at such a large dealership even on a routine service job.

Dave Kohler hit a home run in every way.
I got a couple of nails in my tire and decided to go to Crown, no appointment, nothing… Dave greeted me with a “we will get you taken care of, don’t you worry”.

After inspecting the tire Dave determined that he needed to order a new tire….”but don’t worry I’ll get you a brand new loaner for you to use! And get you on your way!…and while the car is with us we will do all the recall items!”

Within a blink of an eye, I was going to work in a brand new Mercedes! (Again, no appointment, and the first time I meet Dave or service the car)!

Long story short, I liked the loaner so much I BOUGHT IT for my wife (we were looking) and Dave helped me find nicer wheels/tired for my car.

He updated me every step of the way!

I took my car for a scheduled service at Crown Mercedes-Benz in Dublin, Ohio. I worked with Dave Kohler, who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the experience. During the service, Dave noticed a small crack in the windshield, and arranged for repair for that as well. Bryan Moser was a huge help when I recently had my car serviced. He was on top of getting me a loaner car and let me know when my car was done. Also he was very knowledgeable and polite while dealing with myself and my husband. I look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Bryan Moser was my service advisor and he was very nice, he made the process very smooth and easy and fast for me, my vehicle was serviced and returned on time, in between I had an EV as loaner vehicle. I was sent a video to review for recommendations. I appreciate their customer care approach and would take my vehicle back here for next service.

Just had a great experience with Crown's service department. There was an issue with the service the first time around, but Mitch Cook handled it well and turned a possible issue into a non-issue. Even when things don't go as planned, the remedy is what's important and I appreciated the way Mitch (and Crown) handled it.

Tyler Hill was absolutely amazing! I leased an electric Mercedes in California and moved to Ohio and the vehicle was having small issues. Tyler was my service representative and went above and beyond! He texted me with updates on the vehicle and wanted to keep it over night for his expert to review it the next day. Excellent service! David Kohler has been great. He works hard to help his customers and stays on top of the problem (recurring one currently). Highly recommend! Moreover, another vehicle service was excellent. Picked up 4/30/24. 70k service, rear Brakes and detailing! ‘2018 suv “looks like new again”!

Been leasing with crown euro cars for about a year and they have been incredible so far. Been with Mercedes dealers for about a decade and already this has been the best experience so far. Service is fair and they get the job done quick and efficient, my service manager is Shengqian Saguisi and he is honest, kind and knowledgeable. It will be an easy choice when I re lease.

Well, let me start by saying what an ordeal the last 2 months has been!!! What started as an ordinary service A maintenance, ballooned into WAYYYYY more than I expected!!! Through it all (by the grace of God) Shen Saquisi was very professional about everything and did everything necessary to accommodate me!! They go above and beyond to provide the best service possible!!! They provided me a loner Mercedes and even delivered my car back to me an hour or so away!!! What a blessing!!! Keep it up Crown!!!

I had a brake recall. It had a no drive order with it so I had it towed to dealer. Dave Koher took receipt of vehicle and handled all the in house details with parts and repair. It was completed very timely and received a call it was ready for pick up. I was completely satisfied. Thanks for Dave’s help on this matter.

Shenggian (Shen) Saguisi has been my go- to for MB service for several years now. He has always been professional, friendly, flexible, and extremely helpful. My recent service visit turned up a warranty issue that he quickly resolved in a manner that helped me out considerably. But this has been 'par for the course' with Shen. In fact, my experience with Shen's consistent helpfulness played prominently into my decision to purchase another MB. Thanks Shen!
