What a wonderful experience! We needed three gold bands band made for three daughter in laws. We were going to re purpose several small diamonds from our mother in law's wedding ring. Alex and the whole staff were very helpful, knowledgable and kind! Alex offered suggestions and great information - just sharing his knowledge and expertise. The rings were made exactly as desired. Everyone is very happy with their special family keepsake!

Amazed doesn't begin to cover it! I recently inherited this ring from my grandmother after her passing. I noticed a pearl was loose so I took it in for repair. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but the team also gave me great advice on taking care of fine jewelry since I'm not so familiar. Not to mention they were able to fix it just in time for me to wear it to Thanksgiving. It's very clear the entire staff cares greatly about what they do. Alex was amazing! My fiancé wanted me to be able to pick out my own ring so I started searching for jewelry stores online and came across Dublin Village Jewelers. After reading a lot of the 5 star reviews I decided to go there first and we didn’t end up going anywhere else. Alex was great from the first time we walked in, very nice and helpful and we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. They custom made my ring from a picture I showed him and it turned out even better then I could have imagined. I would recommended them to everyone I know!

All the staff in this store are friendly and extremely helpful. The store owner put my broken gold chain back together at no charge. It is obvious that he is a craftsman. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy jewelry or who needs a repair.

I wanted to check the value of some gold pieces from when my grandmother passed a few years ago. Contacting them online with questions was a breeze and my in shop experience was exactly what I thought it would be from all their previous reviews. They took their time and answered my myriad of questions. If I could rate the business and the staff 100 stars I would. They really value their customers and I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone!!!

I had a few necklaces that needed repairs. I asked if they could possibly do the repairs in a rush as I was going on vacation. They were able to do the repairs in a one day turn around. I would recommend this jeweler for any of your jewelry needs. Very large, impressive selection and the entire staff were very very nice and accommodating!!!

We had a wonderful experience today. I had my class ring resized and not only was the price good but the turnaround was just a few days. The bonus was seeing the complete restoration of the over 30 year old ring. It looked brand new! Absolutely incredible and at no extra cost. Annie and Alex were extremely cordial and helpful. Aside from my repair needs, we spoke for several minutes about miscellaneous things, including pets and pet rescue. I took two watches in for battery replacement; one was completed within a couple of minutes. A battery had to be ordered for the other. The second replacement was completed within a couple of days. The business is also very military and first responder friendly. My new go-to jewelry store!!! Their friendliness and customer service was outstanding! Definitely recommend Dublin Village Jewelers!!!!!

I noticed wear on my wedding ring of 34 years and didn't want to lose a diamond. Took it in to Dublin Village Jewelers and they were so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The BEST jeweler for young engaged couples!! Buying an engagement ring can be a pretty stressful and obviously expensive process, but Annie and Yury at Dublin Village Jewelers took all of the stress out of it! They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning, helping me to stay in my budget and find the perfect engagement ring. I ended up customizing a setting and they helped me through several rounds of design changes and resizing. We also got our wedding bands here and could not be happier! Wow. The most amazing little family owned business that truly cares about their customers and can do it all. They sized my grandmother's vintage wedding ring up 2 sizes with no issues when 4 other places in the area could not. They fixed a missing baguette diamond in my mother's wedding ring some day (under 3 hours). And I got a great quality replacement chain for a great price. You can see and hear the experience and confidence this family has whith all types of jewelry. They cleaned my grandmother's ring amazingly... it had been cleaned before it was used in my proposal for engagement but Dublin Village Jewelry took it up to a whole new level of sparkle :) I can't wait to have them appraise and help me insure this priceless heirloom. Ordered my wedding band and had some complications with initial sizing but in the end got the final product! They were exceptionally professional, patient and knowledgable when helping me figure out my ring size. After the first go around, my ring didnt fit correctly and they assured me they would handle it and they absolutely did. They did so timely and was always communicative from the start! Because of them, I now have my wedding band and its perfect! My fiance loves it to so thats always a win! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Exceptional personal service and craftsmanship. Alex did an amazing job transforming the gems from my wife's old sweet sixteen ring into a beautiful pendant necklace. The main stone, peridot, was chipped in several places and very scratched up. Alex had it recut in an emerald cut, getting rid of the chips, and losing very little in size. There were also 3 small diamonds from the ring that were mounted at the top of the pendant. My wife absolutely loves it. The craftsmanship was great. A very friendly place for all your fine jewelry needs. I can highly recommend Dublin Village Jewelers!

This family business is one of a kind and high class without feeling like a fish out of water. I went to have a ring fixed and sized and ended up with a new ring.
