Since ACE took this over the service, selection, and helpfulness is off the cart. When u walk in, all employees great u and ask what u need. I just brought in a chain saw where I needed the chain put back on. They did it with no charge. Customer service -a lost art! Thanks guys! Whatever your needs, this ACE is your place!

I stopped in here just to look around and found it to be much more than your standard hardware store. The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by several staff members and asked if I needed any assistance. I found they had not only plenty of standard hardware items but tons of local fair as well to include locally sourced honey, home made candles and if course free popcorn.

Very cool hardware store! I was raised in the '60s when the hardware stores were different. This one reminds me of one of the hardware stores I grew up with. They have to have at least two million dollars in inventory. Everything you would need to fix something around the house. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the size of inventory. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and want to work there. For helpful staff. Great selection of hardware. Old school stepping back in time... when a hardware store was a hardware store.

Stopped by Roush Hardware today and was immediately greeted by several employees at the front desk. I had a chainsaw that needed some service and the guys in the shop took great care of me. In less than 20 minutes I was out the door and on my way with a fully functional saw. It is hard to find a shop like this these days and especially one with employees who enjoy their job and are pleasant to be around! Without a doubt, I will be back with all my power equipment and hardware needs.

I used to come here when I was 5 with my dad on Saturday mornings and loved the smell of popcorn when I walked in. Now 30 years later the place is still running like a well oiled machine. Honestly I can’t believe I’ve been going to Lowe’s or Home Depot for anything when I can get in and out of this place with helpful advice in 10 minutes! Their rental selection is great as well. Ill be making regular stops here from now on.

Excellent service. Needed a particular size piece of wood and they provided great service to get it for us. Also helped us find all products we needed.

This is another great example of a family-owned hardware store. The people that work here really care about what they're doing and are actually happy to see you. This is the kind of place where I'll take my money anytime. I was able to find exactly what I was after and the clerk was extremely helpful. Great place to go great place to take your business to. Well worth the trip, Two thumbs up...

They were so helpful, and so personable. I have a painting project, and had to order a corded (I hate throwaway in 3 years, battery operated toolsl) random orbital sander. It came in 2 days, and then they helped me match colors. Same price as home depot, with 10 times the personal service. I will shop there again! This was Roush Hardware in Dublin.

Was told that the 161 / Bridge Street location will be transitioning to an Ace Hardware, but most of the staff are staying on, so hopefully service should remain excellent.

Will support local business over big box every opportunity I get - assuming it offers a good experience. This is a no-brainer. The staff is awesome. You might pay a little more than a place like Lowe's, but the service is worth the difference. They will tell you exactly what you need or don't need, and if they can't they will advise you to buy and bring back whatever you don't end up needing.

1st if you need anything Traeger they have it in stock or can get it. One of the only stores in the area that routinely has everything you need in stock.
Also one of the only places in Columbus that sells Jonathan Green lawn care products. So if you are doing a lawn repair/overseeding/etc they are the place to go. Great people also.

Impressive Service. Stopped in to Dublin location for duplicate key after trying other hardware stores and calling Pella storm door for help. None could make a working key until Roush! I learned that Dan Roush cut my key and did a perfect job. Very personal experience. This was my only option for Pella key, and I am impressed at quality and commitment. Felt wonderful to go to Roush after years of not living near Westerville and find they are better than I remember. I was treated exceptional and the job got done. THANK YOU!

This is the first time I have been to this roush hardware. I was not disappointed. The sales associate was knowledgeable, very helpful, and was actually interested in the success of my project. I really didn't spend that much money but the sales associate took apart off the shelf and tried to modify it so it would work. you don't get this type of service or attention at a big box hardware store.

We have been going to this store for years and have always been impressed with the service and staff. But this one took the cake. Our 23 year old daughter went to get screws for her license plates for her new car. The man who helped her not only made sure she got the screws but then proceeded to go out to her car in horrible weather and put the plates on. When she told us this, we shouldn't have been surprised, given the level of service that this store has provided for years. This employee (I wish I knew who he was) deserves a huge shout out. We will always be customers here.

Small town hardware store feel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are going to be higher than the big boxes, but the speed and knowledge on site is well worth the cost.

They also offer hardware and machinery rental, which is helpful.

Exceptional little hardware store. Bigger stores have a "customer service" department... Roush has actual customer service and employees that really care. They also manage to have almost everything I've ever needed from a hardware store in a much smaller footprint than Lowes or Home Depot, so I'm back to my projects in half the time. Shopped here with my dad for things when I was little and it's still my go-to, they have been providing a 5 star customer experience for decades. Also of note: when you call them, the first voice you hear is an actual person.
