Excellent service and installation. We love the carpet. Only thing I would say is the people/company who they contract with to install only sent one person and he worked 9am to 7:30pm. The installer was exhausted. In my opinion it was a two person job and they could have done it much more quickly with two people and not put so much work on one person. But store service, product and installation was top notch.

We had a fantastic experience! We chose an already in stock carpet, and both Amanda and Jack worked with our schedule at a breakneck speed. (We got came in end of day Tuesday I think it was, and was installed Friday morning!) The carpet looks wonderful, and the installers were pleasant and did a great job. When the time comes to replace carpet in other rooms Creative will definitely be our first, and probably only, stop.

Creative Flooring installed hardwood floors throughout our main floor of our home. The pricing was fair compared to their competitors but there service was excellent. Both management and installers did an excellent job responding to questions and the installers showed up on time and worked hard the entire time. The floors look great. We totally love our quality carpet purchased at Creative Flooring. It was professionally installed and our sales person, Amanda, was amazing! She spent a lot of time with us, was very knowledgeable of her carpets and installation, kept us informed during our entire process and was in no way pushy. Creative Flooring did a FANTASTIC job on our new flooring! We are beyond happy with the finished job! Timing was great! It only took two days to finish leveling three rooms and laying down the new floors in those rooms. Communication was great as well as the pricing and follow up! Creative Flooring is an outstanding company to work with. I have used them for carpeting in my office project and personally for wood flooring for our home. Their sales staff is well versed in the products they sell. We have used flooring companies in Columbus in past home pro and we will never use them again. Our installer Was great with seaming up our carpet. The company was very prompt with responses to our questions and very accommodating to our specific situation. Our carpet looks amazing in the house. High quality. Would def recommend for friends and will be returning for future projects.

Creative Flooring was very knowledgeable on the exact kind of flooring that would work well with my 3 season room, where everyone would be coming in and out of our pool. The Flooring looks beautiful and has held up well. Amanda was always available to answer my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out! I highly recommend!

After dealing with one of the big box stores and waiting several months, we went to Creative Flooring and Amanda helped us and turned us on to their in stock supply which one choice happened to be perfect for us. Within a couple weeks it was installed. The installer was great too.
