In May of 2019, we finished a remodel job and bought carpet from Creative Flooring. It was a new kind of carpet that had the pad attached to the carpet. Creative Flooring told us it was a new product, and we were their first customers. (What none of us knew was that this carpet was very difficult to seam.)We loved the way the carpet looked and felt, and decided to give it a try. The carpet was beautiful, but it did not seam well. We had one large seam in our new family room and it was very noticeable. Creative Flooring ordered more of the carpet, at their cost, and replaced part of it so that they could re-seam it with a different installer. The new seam was better, but it was still not great. We agreed to give it some time to see how it would wear, and after nearly a year, the seam was not doing great, and the carpet was not holding up well at all. When I communicated this to them (phone call and pictures of the carpet), Creative Flooring told us to come in and pick out some other carpet, and replaced the entire thing at no cost to us! (They have since discontinued this carpet because it was such a pain.) They were absolutely wonderful to work with! Amanda was always kind, and never minimized our concerns, and Jeremy was just great as well! When I called to say the seam wasn't getting any better, he said, "Come in and pick out some new carpet!" Wow- we were SO impressed with their fantastic customer service!! We have gotten carpet at other places, such as Soft Step Carpet in Plain City, and had TERRIBLE customer service. This was a completely different experience. The new carpet is SOOO much better than the original one, and we absolutely love it! We had three different installers over the course of this story, and all of them were great to work with. We will definitely be getting more flooring here in the future!

I came here after getting an outrageous quote from Lowe's which was supposed to include free installation. I told them I had to stay within a certain budget and I needed it in ASAP! Amanda was quick to help me pick out a great in stock carpet and get a measurement scheduled for next day. Terri and Amanda came the following day and then got me my quote (that was in my budget) and then had me scheduled for installation the following Tuesday. It did take 3 days to get the installation completed but they were squeezing me in with others they already had scheduled. The carpet is wonderful and looks great! Definitely recommend coming here and staying local to avoid Lowe's and Home Depots "deals".

Worst experience you will ever have buying carpet and having it installed. The people are rude and very classless. They will charge you too much and do a very poor job. Carpet is coming up in corners and needs re-stretched after just over a year. Would not waste my time or money!
