Wide open space with lots of shoes. Free pick up option. Clearance section is OK. Clearance prices are not really anything to get excited about. Overall prices are reasonable. Kids through Adult shoes. Small selection of purses and accessories like sunglasses. Customer Service is good. No public restrooms. I'd shop here again.

I went to purchase a specific boot with my $20 off coupon. I was greeted by a friendly store assciate. She helped me by ordering my boots, because they did not have my size in the store, took the $20 coupon and applied an unexpected $10 credit, that I did not know I had in my account. Plus the shipping was free. I am a very satisfied frequent customer.

Jordan really helped me purchase my first pair of running shoes. She was very knowledgeable about and professional. The lady behind the resister was also very professional.
I'll buy more shoes.

A couple of weeks ago, I visited dsw Springdale for the first time. It was my best shoe shopping experience. Entire staff was very helpful. Brandon helped me in finding the right running shoe. After patiently listening to what I was looking for, he came up with suggestions and got me 4-5 pairs of shoes within 5-10mins. I ended up buying 3 different pairs. Asics, vans and one more. Price wise best deals than any other place.

Out of all the information I was looking for about the store, I’m so glad to have found that it is gay-friendly. That’s so useful to know. I’m glad that it was specified since it’s so important in regards to selling goods.

Large selection of shoes at a fair price especially if you go to the clearance rack the associates for very friendly checking out the cashier was very friendly I would definitely go there again

Went for kids shoes, ended up buying 3. The kid selection isn't as large as the Adult section, but the choices you have are solid options for dressy, summer casual or sneakers.

They give me a coupons for being member and also for my birthday. Discounts, good prices and nice shoes. I recommended.👍

I wished Your company design boots, i can not wear uggs, shoes, house shoes & nice stylish sandles not half inch flip flops rubber thong,
But more shoes for women who have a high instep like mine & wide feet like mine, not a narrow shoe I cant put wide feet in. One thing I do like is shopping shoes.

All of the associates are incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is always very clean and even the longest of lines move quickly.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Walking in the door they greet you and ask if they can help you find anything. They take their customer service seriously.

They have a sale going on however I didn't see much of a price difference. I loved my shoes anyway..great selection of shoes

The wife buys a lot of shoes from this place usually I just go in and have a seat and join the other husbands waiting on a while to get finished shopping great place for the women to buy shoes

Had a great experience with the staff assisting with an error with my online purchase. Were especially helpful and I found a replacement, no problem!

Nice variety of low cost shoes wish they had a bigger men's section tho.
