Ross Dress for Less

Very well lit. Lot of items were marked down. there was nice selection. of boots still available after the brutal blizzard we encountered. Staff was very attentive. the young ladies were marking down items as we were shopping.
Clothing was well organized and in its correct locations

It was are first time of ever going to Ross dress for less clothing store I just wish that the teenager dress was not so mixed up with the adult womens dress and they hardly had any womens shoes and wallet for women and I didn't even see and headbands for women or any hair clips earth or makeup or nail polish earther or any perfume earther if we go back I hope I can find everything that I need

This is a great place which has wonderful selection of dresses, accessories, handbags, cosmetics and many more!!
Prices are very inexpensive and affordable.

I would like to acknowledge an employee Lamiyah at the Springdale store.
There was an alarm that was going off in the store. There was a long line and she was the only person on the register. I suffer from migraines and the alarm was really causing me alot of pain.
She must have seen the pain on my face. She called for someone. They came turned off the alarm. They did not assist her with the customers. Well Lamiyah continued to ring, stayed positive, friendly and excellent customer service.
Great job.

It’s a Clean store,they are short staffed now because of COVID. But they have lots of options to choose from. Their markdowns are epic. As low as .49 cents for clothes.

Always nice to visit and always something to to buy. Very affordable.

First I would like to say is I love the fact they stay open later than other stores. It's always well organized and you can't beat the price. I was just telling my dad who lives in Florida that they needed a store up north in Ohio.. My wish was granted last year when I was passing try County mall and saw their sign off to my left. I absolutely love the place and the prices are unbeatable!

Ross is very clean and organized throughout the store. The prices are great and they have many name brand clothes and shoes. Home goods area also have many options to decorate the home for less. I recoomend to go there!

Everyone is so kind and helpful! It’s not an easy job to keep a store organized and clean when the customers are causing the mess!! Please hang your clothes up if they fall on the floor.. respecting the store and employees is on you!! I Love “Ross” and sure hope they are here to stay in Cincinnati!!

Ross Dress for Less needs Employees (Workers/Staff). They have been closing early due to a staffing shortage. If you plan to shop after 5pm, you'll be out of luck. Plan to shop early or not at all. Parking lot is massive. This area can get busy. Ross Dress for Less often has high levels of customer traffic.

Ross is responsible for more than half of my wardrobe. Love this place.

Ross is a nice place it's always clean and I always end up finding something that I probably could have lived without. You can always find some interesting items there.

Organized and clean. Ross has a lot of designer clothes and bags for a great deal and oh the home decor area has exquisite steals!
