Target

We went looking for an album that released and it wasn’t on the shelves. So I went to the desktop and Tyler was working. Not only did Tyler go look for them without any hesitation but they brought out multiple for us to choose from. I am so thankful and this was such a great experience for my friends. Thank you so much Tyler!

I visited this store to pick up shea butter for my hair because The Fairfield Township location does not carry that product.

Even with carts blocking aisles as workers fulfilled online orders and carried out stocking duties, every associate I came across was friendly.

One young man apologized personally for the mess to each and every customer who entered the hair care aisle. That takes a lot of humility and consideration.

I also overheard an older cashier help a customer resolve a problem calmly.

This store, although may be not the most "clean aesthetically pleasing" that people think Target should be- is a nice place to shop!

Stopped by early one morning while in from out of town. The front cashier was nice and helpful with only 1 self checkout working. Starbucks got my order perfectly made. Highly recommend

Always a great place to shop. I find way too many great clearance items!

My return experience was great. I was able to find the correct size. When I thought I could simply make an exchange, I was kindly explained too that Target doesn't do exchanges, but I can return my items, put the amount on a gift card, and use that gift card right there to make a new purchase. The explanation actually took longer than the process LOL! I didn't have to do anything, and the sales associate was super nice.

I love visiting the Target store in Springdale, Ohio. I can always find what I need and even more. I love.the diversity of the products as well.

Associates have always seemed eager to help. At first with the restricted Tuesday morning hours from 8-9 for vulnerable health shoppers I used to get annoyed because it happened to be the same day & time I'm able to get shopping in before work. But now realize how thoughtful it is of target amd can just do a drive up at that time instead. It's quick and easy.

I personally have never had such a wonderful experience at a store before. My husband and I are almost 8 months pregnant. and had a hard time finding nursery furniture. We were helped by A very nice man named Josh who went above and beyond his job and searched for our perfect crib for our family. He was courteous and respectful.and so sweet.then Emma helped us check out and also went above and beyond what normal employees would be expected to do. Thank you again for giving our growing family a great experience.😊❤

My wife placed an online order. When I arrived it wasn't ready. Sara (I assume she was in management) was amazing! She was insanely helpful, apologetic, and handled everything perfectly. Target management if you read this please pass it on to her. Staff like her is why I will continue to go to that location. Thank you Sara !

The store was clean and organized. I saw multiple employees stocking the shelves.

By far the best customer service I have received from other Targets in the area! Their employees and the manager, Sarah, were very helpful. They went above and beyond looking for my item!

The in-store pick up is so easy! Fast service when I got my email that the items I purchased were ready for pick up. Avoided the run thru the store on my lunch when I made the purchase on the website so had time for lunch and pick up! Can't beat two birds with one stone LOL

Very nice man, a former teacher , was at the register ....he was very friendly and personable! All five stars are for his service. I found everything myself as there didn't seem to be any help on the floor. It takes much longer that way when you are unfamiliar with the store.

This store really gains a new customer and it's me! Kendall, the staff was really helpful. He went above and beyond this evening, taking care of my need. They are out of specific perfume I was looking for. He called other dept and even other store to make sure I was able to get it. While he's put on hold for quite a while, he started making a conversation, a great one. We talked about traveling, food, etc. It's very nice engaging with him. He's busy (got some calls), but he focused on taking care of me for the whole entire evening. That's the great service!!!!!! Not only that, he gave me a gift card to redeem due to not having the perfume in stock at his store. I didn't expect that, but I was greatful how he handled this situation.

I work in customer service world, and I watch everything how store staffs treat customers and vice versa. Tonight, he really showed how great and outstanding his service was, and how happy I was. I went to another store and picked up my fave perfume and I will be going out of town with that item. Thank you, Kendall!!!! God bless you! You deserve a recognition! We need more Kendalls at Target! :)

The store manager, Lisa I think it was? She went above and beyond for my fiance and I, who were shopping for baby monitors for our newest addition to our family. We were lost in the sea of monitors and she was very helpful, even looking in the clearance section for us and finding the exact monitor that exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this Target and any Target for that matter!

I like the variety of clothing, home goods, food makeup and seasonal stuff. The only thing I have a problem with are the boys jeans/pants my son is very slim and can't wear any pants from Target because they are way too big in the waist and hips.

Reasonably priced Fancy Feast cat food, but selection is limited. Always a clean, well lit, staffed store
