Jon was fast and attentive food was excellent. But is was super awkward sitting at the bar and a child was sitting next to me.... I'm a bartender and I feel like this illegal. Made me and my friends get up and leave. You lost at least a hundred dollar tab....

Waitress was excellent! My salad was huge. I actually took most of it home and had a second meal. The grilled chicken was actually warm and the blue cheese crumbles are the best I have ever had. Not too strong.

Nice outdoor happening restaurant. There is indoor seating too. Pretty much famous menu. Seafood dishes are delicious like Fish tacos and mussels. Corn on side is an excellent one to taste, they made it so delicious with Parmesan cheese. It’s tastes great. Staff is friendly. Good signature wines. Restrooms are okay. Overall, a good experience.

Had my sisters baby shower here. I love old bag (never been to this location before) but the waiter, food, and our over all time there and room we got was great! Was definitely not disappointed

I gave this a 5 out of 5 seven months ago, but something changed. The fish and chips are no longer anything special. The batter is thinner, the fish was tough like something frozen then over-cooked. So sad to have to update my review because I have bragged about their fish and chips to friends across multiple states. I just left half my meal to be carried away. Was also uncomfortably humid indoors. You broke my heart Old Bag of Nails. Sometimes change is NOT good. Highly unlikely I will return.

We stopped in here for a few drinks before heading into Columbus for a concert. Our bartender was super sweet, friendly and took very good care of us!!

I love this place and I would highly recommend it even though parking is very challenging and can be very limited. The atmosphere is awesome the food was wonderful and the staff is very friendly. I feel like it is a little bit pricey but overall it’s well worth the value. If you go here and try it out you’ll become a fan to.
The time of day you girl will really be important because parking as I said is terrible plan on parking at a meter in the back behind the building and walking up or somewhere out on the street and walking a block or so if you go during rush hour.

Fish and chips were perfect! And malt vinegar on the table, thank you! Drinks were also wonderful.

I love the The Old Bag of Nails! Best fish anywhere close. I live in Marion, Ohio but I drive to Delaware, Ohio to get my fish and chips! Light fluffy white fish in a batter, not a weird crunchy corn meal. It's amazing!

Went here for lunch and had fried shrimp with steak fries and coleslaw. The food was good and the people who worked there were really nice. The place was very clean too.

We are retirees, and met friends there. Parking was the only downside. We did snag a spot on the main drag there in Delaware. Hubby had a very good burger and I was really happy with their award winning fish. Our waitstaff was superb, knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't have my usual cocktails, but I will the next time we are in the area, and there will definitely be one!

Went there for a late lunch and it was delicious! They now offer grilled or blackened fish instead of just fried fish. I got the grilled fish and it was sooo good. Very good portion size and it was cooked perfectly. The salad was huge and so fresh. Our waitress was great. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend!

The food was great. Waitress never really came back around to refill drinks, etc.

I think the fish tacos are the best I've ever had. TRY THEM!

We had great service! We were there during lunch and the ribeye and cheddar sandwich was delicious.

We love the Delaware OH Old Bag of Nails. The location being in downtown Delaware is casual and low key. They have a great patio in front so you can people watch if you want. Taylor was our server tonight and she was so nice and attentive. There is a full bar on the patio. They have a good craft cocktail menu but I always get a Guinness. We've never had anything other than the fish and chips, which are really good.

Excellent place to eat and drink! Great food, excellent drinks and a very attentive staff would definitely recommend!

Beware of the COFFEE 🙃 it's not the best. Food was okay, had the feeling of a AppleBees just with out the Chain charm.

Had a great time at this place. The food was good (especially my.salad) and the portions were huge. Great for leftovers!

6/25:6:30/7p Sunday Evening. I haven’t been to this place in awhile and I thought I would try it again.. I AM SOOO GLAD I DID. They have new/better quality than I’ve seen in a while. The fried mushrooms are AWSOME (w/ horseradish sauce), I got shrimp and mussels. It was phenomenal. And they’re bread pudding. 👌👌👌
