The manager Mariah is so warm and nice; our server Jessica was super attentive and nice, this was our first time coming here and now I know why they’re known for the blooming onion and their dessert! The food was so good, can’t wait to come back, well worth the visit!

Stopped by on a busier Friday night and the food was the best I've ever had. The ribs were cooked perfectly. The steak was medium rare as I requested. The Brussel sprouts were amazing, burnt and caramelized with a lemon char! Our waiter was extremely polite and patient with my child! Will definitely be back.

Steak was cooked perfect and the price special made it reasonable for three people.Rest of the food was great.Salad was good size lots of tomatoes and cukes.Our Server Savannah was pleasant and gave great service.I will go back.

Restaurant has always been clean. Server we had the same one a few times we’ve been in and he is excellent. Food is always hot and fresh. Never had anything we were disappointing with. Steaks were cooked just how we asked for and other food modification came just as ordered. Highly recommended! Twice when we were there, the female manager was subpar, but her servers were what made the experience, they are the reason for the ratings. Even the greeter at the front door was outgoing, from the and talkative.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, koala drinks amazing, food was delicious. Had an awesome time with close family friends

Dinner was phenomenal but our server, Gary, truly made the experience exceptional. He was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back!

Got a gift card from my parents, so my husband and I took our daughters to Outback after church on Sunday. The waitress, Louise, was AWESOME! Accurate, pleasant, thoughtful, timely... She made our day! So, I called the manager, Mariah, to let her know how great her team member was and... She was awesome too! 😂 What a nice experience! We can't wait to come back. 💜

They made accommodations for my son who has leukemia and is immuno-compromised. He isn’t able to go places other than our home and the hospital. He really wanted to go here. They made it safe and fun. The food was amazing! And my son loved it. The smile on his face was awesome! Thank you!

You would think a steak place could get a steak cooked properly. I ordered medium rare, it came raw and cold inside. I would have sent it back but the waiter never came back to ask us about our food. By the time he brought the bill, I was ready to leave. My friend had already finished their meal. So I took it home and cooked it properly. I gave them a 2 star because it did have good flavor. Also the house salad was drowning in dressing.

UPDATE: The manager has reached out to me and apologized for my experience. I will be going back there again to see if things have changed.

I went back tonight. Steak was done perfectly, and my salad was not drowning. Service was slow even tho they were not busy.

I was there today and ordered the Bloomin chicken and onion pedals. Both were AMAZING! The chicken is lightly breaded with a drizzle of bloomin sauce. It was tender, juicy, and tasted great. Our waiter Danny was very attentive with drinks, was friendly, and has a great personality. Outback has always been my place to go for steak but I really liked the chicken today. Thanks ❤

We haven't been to an Outback in so long and my husband didn't really want to go, we pulled up it appeared to be so busy but after putting in our reservation on the app it said there was no wait. We ordered the shrimp appetizer and a boomarita to start and that alone was soooo delicious!

We then both got the chicken and steak dish which was also very delicious we went back again a week later.

Our server was working the bar tables as a server and as a bartender and he did a fabulous job. We even had to call the manager over and share our gratitude with her.

Outback Steakhouse in Brookfield is exceptional with customer service! They work as a team to make your dining experience 5 star! My husband and I enjoyed a late Valentine's dinner last night and the food was superb. Our waitress was kind and attentive and the food was done very quickly. We witnessed a large spill of a water glass in a booth and the team rallied around so quickly to help the waiter and take care of moving the customers to a different table. That kind of teamwork is exceptional! The manager assured the waiter that they had his back and everything would be taken care of. We will definitely make this location our main stop for dining out! Thank you!

Wow we were so pleasantly surprised. Our server Alex was exceptional! Made the whole experience even better. Absolutely everything else was fantastic. The wedge salad was so crisp and fresh. My prime rib was excellent. Porterhouse was perfect. If you like sweet potatoes, that is a Treat! More like a desert.
6 people all great food. Go early. We did and waited for nothing. Great experience.

Our service was awesome he was very cool chill and outgoing he was very attentive to everyone we went their on 03/30/23 at 1 pm he was attentive made us feel at home food was fresh good relaxing restaurant will be back.

My daughter loved her steak and lobster tail. I ordered my steak well done and it came out a little pink. Didn't want any problems so I ate a little bit of it and gave the rest to my daughter. The potatoes and broccoli were cooked just the way a ordered. It was pretty busy, our hostess didn't check on us as needed but he was ok and I understood. I will go back though.

Our server disappeared in between the time we placed the order and the time we were finished with it. Another server brought our meals to us. The food was perfectly fine as ordered and our table of four seemed to all enjoy themselves. Steak was done as ordered, wait time was less than an hour, and the staff was friendly and caring. Also some fun pics on the walls.

I stopped for Lunch ordered wings and Fries. Wings were great as expected as well as the fries. Also chased that down with a Whiskey and Apple Cocktail

Blooming Onion oh my! Excellent as usual. Prime Rib worth the ride. Rib served with garlic butter at my request and baked potato with cheese and the Asparagus (roasted) I was.in food heaven. The warm bread with lots of butter. Believe me the food was excellent

Caryn was an amazing waitress! Great manners and always puts on a beautiful smile! She always asked if I was alright and needed anything which made me feel very comfortable having her as my waitress. Overall amazing time having Caryn as my waitress, I look forward to going back soon and having her serve me again. She deserves a raise!

Went in for the endless soup and salad lunch. Potato soup was delicious and the salad was cold and crispy. Our waitress was excellent, ready to refill our plates/bowls/ glasses when empty.
