Donnie was great! I gave him a call after calling two other plumbers (who never showed up or responded after my initial call), and he showed up the same day!! He installed a water faucet outside way quicker then I expected and his pricing was very fair. His work was very neat and well put together. Preferred Plumbing will always have our business!

Don answered the phone and came out same day and replaced the cartridge in our master bath. He was very personable and knowledgeable and price was extremely fair. If you want an honest and personable plumber, Don is your guy! He will definitely be our go to guy for all plumbing needs!

Don was extremely helpful for my husband and I. We’re first time homeowners who had some issues with a battery backup sump pump and Don came to our rescue. After calling around to find a plumber Don was the only one who called us back and quick at that! He talked us through a fix and it worked; we are so grateful for his knowledge help and patience during that 20 minute phone call. Don was great and was very reasonably priced. I told him what some of the big name plumbing companies quoted me and he literally laughed out loud. Being a single female I feel like most contractors will charge outrageous amounts because they think I will pay whatever. Don is not like this he is an honest and trust worthy man. When I ever need any plumbing jobs in the future he will be the first guy I call.

Don came out within a few hours of calling for a shower leak that a larger plumbing company was unable to find. Don quickly found the issue, had the parts on-hand, and had it fixed in less time and for the same price as the other company wanted just to unsuccessfully investigate. I'll definitely be calling Don for any future needs!

I want to thank Don for helping us with our sump pump. I called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to help us the same day. We was very professional, in addition to helping us with our drainage issue! I will definitely call him again if we need help. I will also recommend to my family and friends!

Fantastic! A truly honest owner who is not out to make money off your bad luck. He does the job well, does it right, in a timely manner, with a smile and a sense of humor. He's happy to do all of a job or work with you after you do some of the work. Won't use another plumber until he's retired - which I hope is a long time away.
