Love shopping here, especially when they have sales. Its helpful to still have a place with fitting rooms! Their return policies are decent too. Great place to find things for all members of the family.

I found the staff at Kohl’s in South Lebanon very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The checkout time was really quick and the checkout clerk was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this store and wouldn’t change a thing about it.

The customer service team at Kohl’s was excellent today. I returned an Amazon item today and Crystal went above and beyond to assist with “the digital” return on my phone and Lori at checkout was super nice and helpful. It was the kind of customer service that I grew up receiving and thought those days were long gone, it was like a refreshing step back in time.

Store was clean, great selection of items, prices were great. Checkout was average. We waited about 5 minutes for a register. Overall very satisfied.

I had a great experience at kohl’s today due to two employees. Terri’s and Jill. They were great. They both helped me so much.

There were several employees that came up to me asking if I had found everything I was looking for. The manager on duty was taking to me. Lori at the check was superb. She made sure that I utilized all my coupons and savings. Looking back on my receipt I was very pleased at the money I saved with store #1145 because of Lori. Thank you ! Pat Cremeans

Kohl's is a very deluxe clothing store, they also have high end housewares as well as shoes and boots. Hat's and gloves, they even have a decent selection of toys for kids and books and board games. Very nice fitting rooms. There is even a rarely found big and tall section of clothing. The clothing is stylish and current. I have been a big fan of Kohl's for a long time now.

Great place to shop, however, the prices are terribly high.
