Went in this evening and had the pleasure of working with Sam at the Geek Squad! He was definitely a great help to my friend that had purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro Max!! It was having FaceTime issues and he did everything he could for us!! Thank you Sam and Thank you Best Buy!!!

Great staff! Purchased a home theater system from them. Nice set up and delivery from the Geek Squad!!!!! Thank you again

The staff is wonderful, super welcoming and very friendly.
I went twice in less than one week and did not leave empty handed.
They are honest, upfront and aren’t just trying to trick you into buying the most expensive electronic to make their commission- they genuinely want to help save you time, hardship or any kind of delay, especially now in a electronic fast paced life style.
Terri, D, and another floor manager( forgive me, my mind is drawing a blank on his name ) all were great and super helpful.
The gentleman greeting everyone at the door was also very kind and helpful.

Have shopped Best Buy for many years. They had to adjust to be competitive with Amazon years ago, and they've done it well. I often order online and sometimes I pick up at the store. My last trip was about 30 minutes before they closed because I saw they had the items I needed online for in-store pickup. There wasn't enough time for that so I just went and got the items off the shelf. An associate was very helpful with locating the items - which were in a different area than the same item from another vendor. For certain items I still like to see and/or use them before I decide, so that's where having the brick-and-mortar store is a huge advantage to online only sellers. They have price matched for me in the past and have consistently been great to purchase from. I recommend them without hesitation.

I do not normally give 10 stars for any business because it is rare that someone gives 10 star service. The manager here, Keith, is beyond service oriented. Just a pleasant warm personality overall. He actually makes you want to give the place your business due to his sincere nature when interacting with you. Luke was also friendly and top-notch in his dialog and interest in finding answers to my questions. It's just a super experience overall. Now I know why the staff seemed so friendly and positive, because when your manager is happy to be there, the staff will also have that same aura . Good job, Best Buy, for landing these two. 😊👍👌
Another visit to this awesome store 2 months later, and i had to add to my last review. These guys are just nice and helpful. Wish all stores had well-mannered and gracious helpers like this one. Today, I was assisted by De Shawn . This guy was so on point . He absolutely knew his stuff and was very professional and eager to help.

5 stars plus for Luke at the Best Buy Fields Ertel store 494. Luke has a great future in retail and customer service, and Best Buy would be wise to hold on to him. Luke went above and beyond to help me yesterday, looking up different options and products that would solve my issue, proactively comparing costs for different solutions, and being creative in coming up with the right solution for my family. He didn't rush - spent about 30 minutes with me. He was polite, well-spoken, and really cared about helping me find a solution. I am impressed and grateful. Note to Best Buy:
Luke is a fantastic brand ambassador - give this man a raise and some recognition.

Shout out to the manager (Keith) at Fields Ertel. I had an issue that I had been trying to resolve since November. When I spoke with him this week, he had the matter resolved within minutes.

Additionally, Luke in the phones department is very knowledgeable.

The new and improved Best Buy! The store expanded, has a logical department layout, and now includes appliances - I assume a category that is less under competitive pressure from Amazon. In the photo department, a few cameras only, best to order online and pick in the store, if variety you are after. After the electronics/ appliance massacre in retail, you always want to cheer a survivor, hence our shopping trip here. If you like to touch, see closely, and maybe get a few answers from a sales person before you buy, this will be a good place.

I had to drive out to this best buy to pick up my online order because no other best buys near me had the 3 items I needed. The staff was very nice and explained some of the deals and how the warranties worked. Definitely would shop here again

They tryed to help, in the end I should of just called the insurance company not samsung its sad as much as I have ben a strong supporter of samsung but long story short the samsung operator lied to us told us they would fix my husband's phone he had had less then 7 days and it quit taking a charge but would also fix my phones screen all we had to do is go to best buy sad to say this is the 2nd time this has happened we actualy thought ok and best buy said samsung won't do it and it was not worth fixing his phone a samsung a03 his 14 or 15 in less then 2 months everything from no longer charging to screens falling off to the back of the phone falling off so it just not hearing him speak has happened with these phones he returns them hoping to actually get something out of a good batch and then I must have just been a flow cuz same since such a good company but every time we get let down

Was looking for a tv for a specific room. The associate I asked for help asked all the right questions, with this info I chose a TV. After installing I can see the tv selection was excellent for the room size .

Was here on Black Friday, and it was very busy. I had a specific phone issue and had to buy a new one that day and get out quickly. Despite being super busy, I received amazing customer service from Summer who helped me get the phone I needed and on my way. In a world where so many times we are bound by the constraints of the systems at work, she took the time to really help me and for that I am grateful. Thanks Summer - you are appreciated!

The customer experience is just so good here. I've been to other best buys and other stores where I sit around for 25 minutes before I get help that I have to get myself but here they're on it quick and very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend going here first if you need a phone, tv, appliances or laptop. They're great.

I had a bit of trouble with an open-box TV purchase but they took care of me. The TV I purchased was discontinued and "Open Box - Excellent" condition. When I got the TV home we found out it did not have a base which would not work because there is no wall behind our entertainment center so we could not go the wall mount route.

After using the online chat to contact customer support, they said no problem, they should have some extras at the store and that they put a note in the system with my transaction. I also called customer support before visiting the store and was unable to reach the actual store itself to verify if they had a base. I'm sorry, but the support line and chat are useless.

I returned to the store the next day and they were not able to pull up any notes and with this unit being discontinued, they could no longer get replacements. Thankfully the manager, Andrew, was able to change this experience from a massive frustrating let down to a positive one. He took the time to find a comparable open box model I could exchange for and even opened the sealed box for me to verify all parts were present.

Thanks Andrew for helping to make sure I was taken care of, despite the national customer service team dropping the ball on 3 separate occasions. 5 stars!

Had a wonderful experience when purchasing an open box appliance. The manager Seph was great at handling everything to make it a smooth transaction. The employees were great too making sure that er were okay with the condition of the open box item before we brought it all the way home
