We've had Russ from Orkin coming to our home for nearly 4 years and I am very happy with the service and Russ is just great! He's always very responsive and helpful. Orkin in general is very professional and knowledgeable and I'd recommend to anyone!

The Orkin gentleman came today. He was friendly and asked if I'd had any problems. He not only spread pellets all around the house but pulled our stove out in the kitchen and and put "dust" behind it where we've recently seen ants. I'm very pleased with his work.

We had an issue this year with wasps and decided to use Orkin after multiple people getting stung and realizing that using store bought wasps spray just was not enough for the problem. They have been so helpful, the customer service is amazing, and I would recommend anyone to use this service.

Jacob was fantastic and educated me on Yellow Jackets! Said if I heard anymore noise from inside to give him a call he would come back out, otherwise he’d be back in 2 weeks to check everything out and spray around the entire house! We have been using Orkin for a couple years now for routine bug prevention (Lebanon Branch). As new home owners, we want to make sure our house is comfortable and safe to live in, even more so with having kids and pets in the home.
The service from day 1 has been exceptional! We have been blessed to have the same professional, Jacob Long, for the past 2 years and hopefully will continue to for more years to come. He is professional, friendly, caring and always takes the time to address any/all questions/concerns we may have; his work is thorough and his tips are always helpful and spot on with positive results; but most importantly, Jacob Long has not only proven to be someone we can trust in our home, but he has become someone we welcome as part of our family!

Mike and his partner came out to remove our crawlspace insulation, and they deserve mad props. Worked their butts off in august heat for about 7 hours, and were extremely personable and helpful. Would happily have them back out in the future.
