Workers are so patience and good,I got all my staff from Home Depot ,thank you for the service. Finally I did my own mirror table for my salon.

Came in to get some old light bulbs replaced and Corey from the Lebanon store was extremely helpful. He told us how to fix a few things and showed us where everything was in the store. Just all in all extremely helpful guy!

Store is very clean, organized, and most importantly I think the friendliest associates of any Home Depot I've ever been in. I've dealt with Andrew the store manager on an issue I had and he has exceptional follow-up. A+++ guys and gals!

I was having some issues with ordering my dryer online and I called in and spoke with Tommy in appliances and he was very helpful and pleasant. Great store associate.

Just don't have words how helpful and friendly staff can be. Today, the man just spent about 20 min just to find the right screws for my license plate, he run back and forth a couple of times just to find 2 screws for me. Thank you so much for your help.

This is hands down, the best Home Depot around. Store is always clean, staff is always friendly and willing to help. I try to go to this HD whenever I find the need.

Over and over again, always courteous helpful team members. Today I went , second time this week. While the paint guy is mixing paint I ask about getting a key made. He says he'll do it if I can't find the key guy. Two aisles over I find the key guy, who hands me a new key in something like 27 seconds. I say I need to set a mailbox post and I need the non cement polymerizing stuff. He walks me there. Then shows me the mailbox I need, and numbers. Boom. $150 bucks later I go back to my dog waiting for me, with everything I needed, plus a genuinely kind experience. It's not big chain store "service" here. So thanks. It may not mean more money for you guys but I would be thankful and proud of I were your team leader.

I always shop here for home improvement projects. Better prices then Lowes.

I live on a farm and have done countless projects throughout the years. I just appreciate that every time I come in there I can get a straight answer...I'm thankful for the large team of associates that work there, and it makes shopping for upgrades, such as flooring, is a much easier, less painful experience. I'm glad to have this particular team in my backyard.

This Home Depot has many items to choose from for any home improvement projects you are working on.

We purchased a washer and dryer from this location about two weeks ago. They were delivered this past Wednesday 10/5. When they were delivered the installers turned them on, took pictures and left. My wife and I both noticed the washer was extremely loud with what was almost a banging noise. After the cycle was over we ran it again with a load of towels, same result. We immediately called Home Depot customer support and was told that we would be sent a replacement. Customer service called us back today and said that a replacement would not be sent out and an inspection needed to be done. We were also told it was going to be over a week to get someone out to inspect. This is unacceptable and I feel the original promise of a replacement needs to be honored.

Great place especially if you need Hardwoods. They didn't have what I needed but the cut it for me for free. Great customer service. Back again, these guys just continue to widen the gap over Lowe's. Better stocked, helpful, just a much better experience. Up to 5 stars 🌟

THE best home depot in the district! Literally every employee is willing to help. There's no playing around, screaming and yelling at each other, or any bad language at all. Everyone treats you like family, and isnt trying to push you out of the door. The store is always clean, and very well stocked, with some great deals all year around. If i ever move, ill still make the trip to this location every time!

We ordered window blinds from South Lebanon Home Depot. Big shout out to Cat in the blind department! She was very knowledgeable and friendly! Made the ordering so easy!

One of your associates needs to be commended for his excellent customer service. There was a slight mix up regarding online order. It seems as though the online was showing 2 Husky racks available for purchase when there was only one available. Matthew brought the one to curbside, apologized for the inconvenience after I informed him I had two ordered. It seems as though the online store counted the display as available for purchase. Since my card was charged for two he went inside the store, printed out the refund and proof that i only picked up one. He then looked for other stores with the same product.

My experience was great. I especially appreciate the help I received in finding what I needed. The man at the register gave me good advice on how to save money over time. What also caught my attention was I didn't have to ask anyone, "How much is this"? The prices were handy. Thank you!
