Kris from Nixco was Fantastic! He unclogged the drain to my disposal (the disposal didn’t need to be replaced, as I thought). He explained how to keep my disposal clean and clear and how to keep the blades sharp. As well as the best ways to keep the bathroom drains clog free. I recommend you use Nixco for all your plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve always had great experiences with Nixco and my family has been using them for years. When looking for a new back up sump pump system, Chris took the time to listen to and answer all of our questions. He explained our options and gave us quotes for them. When we were ready to move forward, Nixco’s online quote system made it easy. We were contacted quickly and put on their schedule. Chris did excellent work, explained everything, left everything clean, and fixed another issue we had while he was there. We were impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. He was even great with my kids!

Kris Bole, our technician, arrived on time with a big smile on his face. He has strong people skills! He was eager to please. Kris provided a clear description of what he would do to resolve the problem and why the procedure was needed. He was easy to understand! We were very pleased with the outcome!!

Gabe Newhall was fast, efficient & friendly! He replaced my water heater in 24 hours of me calling in! He answered all my questions & looked at a few other plumbing issues without hesitation. He was very polite & knowledgeable also friendly to my English Bulldog who kept pestering him while he was in the house! Great guy, professional, Nixco never disappoints & their staff is the best!

Nixco has been fantastic. They come quickly to address issues even if you’re not sure what the problem is and they communicate really well. Both Chris and Russ have helped us out and when one of them was supposed to come out do do a job and was unexpectedly not available, Nixco called and then made sure that the person who came instead was someone we already knew. I would definitely call them again.

John Krusling has done several jobs for us and I have nothing but praise for him. The work is always done right the first time, he explains what he has done in good detail, answers questions and has a great personality. He is now our preferred contact at Nixco.

We recently had a gnarly plumbing issue so I called Nixco plumbing and immediately got thru to the most pleasant young lady who instantly calmed my nerves and had a Nixco professional at my door step within 1 hour. His name, Shawn Crank, what an amazing guy, wonderful demeanor and incredibly skilled at his craft. I had a great experience with Nixco as usual. I am very happy with the solution to my water hammer problem in my laundry room. The noise was awful. After Todd worked his magic my house is nice and quiet while laundry is running!

Nixco plumbing has depth and experience, and I have relied on them in clinch situations. I have a rainwater, underground cistern, which many plumbing companies find challenging or do not service at all. When my residential system went out, it took some problem-solving to remedy. Nixco recognized that this was a crisis for my household. The responding plumber, Todd Reed, I believe has worked with the company for a couple decades. I first called him on a Friday evening in crisis, and he was supportive, helpful and was advising well after his work shift ended. The Nixco crew, Todd, an apprentice and supervisor soon got involved. Todd familiarized himself with my private water system. He quickly identified the supplies needed, some of which are not easy to obtain, and had the means to get them on short order. It took several steps and days to fix my problem. They stood behind their work and came out on a frigid, snow-covered day to climb into my cistern and ultimately mend the culprit inflow pipe connection. Even the supervisor came out to help, in anticipation of any complicating factors. Nixco is an integrated service that can handle the tough issues. I would really consider their NVP, Nixco Value Plan- I believe about 60 dollars per year; especially if you have pressing plumbing concerns. They will prioritize and take good care of you.

Todd and John called ahead and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and solved the issue. Went above and beyond servicing all faucets, valves, showers, water softener and tankless heater. If using Nixco plumbing for any service I highly recommend asking for them! Will use again for any plumbing needs!

John and his apprentice were very professional and polite. Half way through the garage he let me know they had booties to protect our floors instead of the usual having to ask them to put them on. John was very respectful of our home and gentle with his process and repair. He explained the repair needed very well and was informative to why the issue happens and how to fix it and at what cost.

Chris McClure and his partner Jared provided an estimate after doing demolision on a wall to gain access to the plumbing problem. They did the work cleanly, quietly, and I felt comfortable communicating with them. Chris composed an estimate that I've provided to my insurance. They haven't yet accepted or denied that estimate.

Overall I'd ask that Chris and his partner technician revisit my home if I continued service, instead of asking for different people to come out. He did his job well and I felt good about everything.

Had a bad clog in kitchen drain that I could not clear. Called Nixco and they were there quickly. Todd, and his assistant, worked on it for a couple hours and finally cleared the clog. Both were highly professional from the moment they arrived and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended company.

Russ did an excellent job explaining the issue with our water heater and what could be done. Ended up replacing the heater with a new one and he was able to get it all complete the same day within a couple hours! Highly recommend

Called Nixco for drinking fountain repairs. Russ came out the next business day and was extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the repair and offered other solutions for us. He also took pictures of the water heater and sump pump in case we had future issues. Would highly recommend!
