The lady who closed the store on 09.16.2023 was so helpful! me and my friend came in twenty minutes before the end of the day and had so many questions. Not only did she answer them and make recommendations, but she Also went so far as to look up reviews for brands/colors she didn't know about. Super appreciate it!

The sales staff at the Lake Geneva Sally Beauty treat me with courtesy and honesty when it comes to products. It's why I keep coming back. I am able to make quick decisions about my purchases because the sales person gives me suggestions for the best products to use, making my shopping experience a happier one. I haven't been steered wrong yet by the suggestions they offer for hair and nail care. I highly recommend this store.

Joanna at the Sally’s in Geneva Square in Lake Geneva was incredibly helpful! It was the first time my hair was going to be colored with other than a box mix. I have hair to my waist and she was extremely patient and very helpful. When my daughter was going to apply the color I had so many questions and concerns that I was able to call her four times and she still remained so patient and encouraging. She picked the perfect color and her instructions were so precise that my beautiful long hair is now a beautiful red that I have been trying to achieve for the past few months. Thank you so very much Joanna. I will remain a faithful loyal customer!

They have everything I need I usually place an order online and they have it ready for me to pick up quickly the staff are always very friendly and helpful without being overly in your face when you're trying to browse, I highly recommend this location for your hair and nail needs for the DIY essentials.

Good pricing and sales with their coupons by email and mail. Staff is helpful with minimal product knowledge. The store hours are not as posted in Google. Call ahead if you want to be sure they're open and have the product you desire. Not all stores are stocked the same and some stores close earlier.

Sally’s was closed when it says on the window and website that it was open but I’m sure the staff is wonderful!!
