Extremely knowledgeable staff. I went in browsing for a new smart speaker. Was sold on a google home speaker. I was sold a Alexa instead. I was explained how much better the quality and the sound was. The store is well packed and fully staffed. Thanks for the help

I've always had pretty decent experiences there. The new auto tech, who by the way is awesome, recently did some installs on my car and even fixed the tune of my amplifier that another Best Buy screwed up on. One other employee also stuck out for me. They're name is Alex and if you ever get to talk to her.. you won't be disappointed. She's attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.

Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to look at. The technician Carl was polite and friendly. I showed him what was going on when opening Chrome. He explained that it may take 24-48 hours to get my laptop back. Not a problem. I decided to look at laptops since I was there and that mine is 11yrs old. 18 minutes later I got a phone call and headed back to the Geek Squad counter. Carl explained what he did and that its all fixed. Couldn't believe it! I hadn't even left the store and he had it fixed even though he had never encountered this issue before. 5 Stars to Carl! Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly. I also watched the other technician working with customers. They were all very nice and patient with the customers. Great Geek Squad at the Lake Geneva location. Thank you Carl! I will be back in the future to buy a new laptop.

Great friendly service. Spent as much time talking as we did taking care of business. Got everything I wanted and Ursala ( I can't remember her name exactly) and Adam took care of everything. They were great 👍

It's really going to be sad when all these shut down... Very helpful and personable employees but there was practically nobody in the store.

Indicate what you are looking for to the representative at the front door, and the "right" associates with product knowledge help you get the right product. We are totally satisfied with Best But, their Geek Squad, and the great selection of products.

Note I'm only giving 5 stars because of Jarrett. He was very patient and respectful. I placed an online order which I went to pickup yesterday. A gaming pc to be exact. I went up to the front to purchase a headset with microphone and a microphone you see streamers use. She had me cancel my pickup for my monitor and my predator tower to ring it up and pay there *even though I had already paid for it* after spending hours there I was disappointed I left empty handed however Jarrett went above and beyond gave me his number, held my items for me until today. Was able to purchase my items today using a different card. Thank you for the amazing service!

Stopped to buy a specific item. Floor people were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Do not shop here often, but am very happy with purchase, price, and store.

1st time at this location.. walked in & the greeter asked if l needed help,(l was looking for an oddball item) she knew right where it was. Told me where to go to find it.. got my item. Then spent the next 45 minutes walking around the store, checking out all the goodies 😁

Bought 2 TV's for my parents new apartment. Easy to do. Great customer service. Helped me out to my car.

Lake Geneva's Best Buy has some of the nicest people to help with any tech related issues you may have. Took my computer in and it turned out that it was just a power supply issue and all I had to pay for was the cost of the PSU. Will always be bringing my tech related business here! Keep it up!

It was a positive experience dealing with Joe Hess as he explained all the advantages to our purchase and gave us the best deal he found. We glad he knew our Grandson Tyler Stohl who use to work on the Geek squad many years ago.

We love Best Buy, we just bought a 805 inches tv last December and we love it.

I went on 10/10/2022 at around 11 am. I needed a replacement band for my husband's smart watch. I had no idea what size or anything, so I went to the phone counter and handed one of the employees the watch face and said I need a replacement band. He was very helpful, looked to see if they had any that would fit. He tried several before we found one that fit. It was very nice of him to try on the bands on, so I wouldn't have to come back if it didn't fit. Great service!

Me and my boyfriend came to the lake geneva location to find a laptop for him, we knew what we wanted but wasn't sure all that went into everything. Justin from the backrooms/wearhouse was an amazing help and knowledgeable on all the different processors and models and made finding the right laptop an amazing experience. He was personable and had great customer service skills. I would highly recommend this location just because of him.

Something about best buy, I hate shopping but it's completely different when shopping here
