I recently became a patient at Virtue Dental and couldn't be more pleased! The staff is all so nice. Dr. Jones is amazing, thorough and I feel more honest than most dentists I've gone to.

Really pleased with this staff at Virtue Dental. Dr. Jones and her assistant, Patrisha were extremely pleasant, informative, and skilled with my dental work. My son, also, was very happy with his hygienist and Dr. Jones. We felt very cared for. Highly recommend!!

Don’t be scared by lack of reviews. This is the friendliest and most efficient dentist’s office I’ve ever been to. They are considerate of what you report in the pre-appointment paperwork and apply it throughout the appointment. I didn’t feel rushed, but very welcomed and like my experience mattered. Unlike where most offices talk medically and about you, they include you in the conversation to relieve any appointment stress many of us have. All staff members were exceptional. Surprisingly, this was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I came in for an emergency because my Cap felll off the back of my tooth she said I didn't need cement to hold it down as she replaced the old cap on my tooth she thought it would hold until my root canal well it fell off today whileI was typing at work I feel I should be charged for yesterday. Because now I have a problem again that they didn't fix temporarily

This was a 5 star clinic when Dr. Roadt owned it. Unfortunately he had to retire and sell it. To begin, they rescheduled my appointment twice because all the highly reputable hygienists here quit (I freaking loved Melissa!). Tami the receptionist is still here and she's amazing! However the hygienists here now gave me BAD vibes from the moment I stepped back. Tori asked me to do a panoramic xray (I've only had these done when getting wisdom teeth out and tmj work done), to which I declined because it's completely unnecessary for a patient with NO ongoing issues. Not to mention she didn't even explain WHY it might be recommended, she just told me to go do it. They seemed really hostile about me saying i was declining this. Then I declined most bitewing xrays; I don't have insurance but even if I did, the ADA recommends bitewings taken every 2-3 years in healthy adults with low risk of cavities, I had just taken them last year and rarely get cavities as an adult. I have always taken them every 2 years and this should reflect in my chart, which they clearly did not look over. The hygienist did clean my teeth well but again, did not seem all that friendly. The dentist was friendly introducing himself and seemed trustworthy, but overall this was a very unpleasant experience and a huge bummer as I have been coming to this clinic for decades. The "family owned" feeling is definitely gone.
