McDonald's

I don’t go to McDonalds a lot but the last 3 times I’ve came to this location and the food is hot and fresh. The Latina girl at the drive window is pleasant every time. I’ll start passing 2 other mcds to come here. Well done

Made a late-night stop for food and coffee. The service was excellent. The line moved faster than expected.

McDonald's is and I'm pretty sure always will be the number 1 top dog of fast food burger joints

Nice atmosphere. Clean lobby and bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food tasted fresh. The play place has a good variety for kids of all ages.

It's McDonald's service was fine, order was correct.

I went through the drive thru for a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal. Drove up, order immediately taken and placed, paid through the app, order was ready at window. Hot and fresh! What totally impressed me was, I was greeted at the window, eye contact made, order placed in my hand and not left in window, and the young lady actually said thank you and have a good evening. This McDonald's could be / should be the Midwest training facility on crew members etiquette and protocol.

Never thought I’d leave a 5 star review for a McDonalds… but wow, this location does it right. Service is great, food is fresh, orders are handed out in a timely manner.

I came here for breakfast which I haven’t had in awhile. It tasted gourmet, better than I’ve ever had at any other McDonald’s, and was very fast as well. This location is doing something the others aren’t.

Stopped in to this McDonald's today for breakfast. It was very busy but the staff was great! Orders were quick and accurate and everyone was very polite. I've been to this McDonald's many times and always found it well run. Recommend!

Since Saint Patrick's Day of last year I still meet several friends everyday, outside. I understand you might be able to go in and pick up your order but not eat inside. If there's an issue they're very happy to correct it I enjoy the staff at the West Avenue McDonald's.

AWESOME Customer Service!! The store was short staffed however, Noah who was at the register inside, along with the young lady who was working the drive-thru both had great attitudes! It was towards the end if the night and was definitely one of those days that everyone wanted to throw in the towel. They did everything with a smile on their faces and made the best our of everything. Also, there were 2 other employees who were off shift and came in to eat noticed they needed help and volunteer volunteered to help by cleaning and mopping the lobby. It's so easy to get frustrated and give people an attitude or for people to say " I'm happy that I I'm not working today". Great TEAM WORK guys!

Stupid McDonald customer service lied to me on the phone that I will be compensated a free Coffee beverage the next day. Here I am at McDonald's and I saw nothing free in my McDonald's app. I already order my ice mocha but realized that I had nothing in my app so I walked away to call McDonald customer service again. The nice cashier woman came up to me and gave me the drink for free. I was shocked because I never had great services especially here in Wisconsin. This is my 3rd time and I never have a problem. If you think this place is bad, go towards Milwaukee. I love this McDonald's and everything is great here. Thank you!

Of the McDonald's we frequent, this is by far the best location. The service is top notch, and the food is always fresh and hot. The other three McDonald's in the area pale in comparison to the service and quality this location provides. We mostly do breakfast drive thru on Sunday mornings on the way to church, and in the past three years we've been doing it, we've never had a bad experience.

The place was empty but the drive through was busy. We went inside and got our food pretty quickly. Pleasant people work there. 👍🍔😁

After having bad experiences esp lately with McDonald’s getting orders wrong and missing things totally, we were totally pleased with this location! GREAT fast service, meal was all hot fresh and yummy- and it was exactly correct! Great job

This particular McDonald's is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!!
They always get our order right, fries always are fresh. We literally drive 15 minutes just to go to this one cause the one in our town always screws up our order.

Very nice young lady took our order. Chicken sandwich meals, everything was hot and tasty, quick meal on go.

Love coming to this Mcdonalds simply because of the Play Land also the service with quality food. Inside is usually clean including bathrooms. It's very spacious. They are professional as well. One time my daughter had dress shoes w/o socks. Apparently a customer complained. So i went to buy a pair. YES MCDONALDS SELLS SOCKS FOR $1.00 The Manager saw my appearance to be unsatisfactory. So she offered to pay for my daughters socks to make up for my being upset. Plus she just took my order which was huge. I'm sure that helped me.
