Heather and her family operated business at American Fireworks are the most amazing people. The Big Bend location offered a huge selection and tons of deals. Heather’s staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with helping customers select the right bang for their buck. I will certainly be going back and I strongly encourage anyone who’s looking for great fireworks from an established business, rather than a fly by night tent in a gas station lot, go visit Heather and her family at American Fireworks!!

Omg I cant say enough about this place. If ur favorite holiday is 4th of July this place is heaven. I walked in and my eye just lit up. The employees walking around were so helpful and knew what we were looking for. Their Pyro points are awesome. But the cashier was extremely slow. Their was a person in front of us and we were in line for 25 minutes. Thanks to American Fireworks for an amazing 4th of July.

Huge line out front, but we only waited about ten minutes. I was shocked at how quickly it went. I was worried, however that by the time we got inside, there would be nothing left. But nope. The staff never stopped restocking. Lines at the register moved fast as well.
Great selection, friendly staff. I'll be back next independence day!

Went here July 3rd and it was very busy, but they were able to keep product on the shelves and get people through the checkout quickly. Good experience all considered!!

Great place especially for someone that hasn't shipped legal fireworks ever. Was greeted immediately and told the young lady my budget and what I was looking for. She gave me several options and didn't try to over sell me. I ended up spending a little bit more but got a lot more than I was hoping for. Will go back for sure! The deals were also great with most of the store bogo or bogt, or half off.

Went here 2 weeks prior to the 4th for some fireworks. Was greeted and helped by a nice gentleman working in the front. Spent around 450 and got more fireworks free with points. All the fireworks we got were great! Only issue was the 4 bags of sparklers were hit or miss. Half of them were duds. Must of been a bad batch. Everything else was fabulous!

Very much worth the extra drive. Best selection of cakes and mortars.

This is a great place to get your party going for the 4th of July! They have everything from small poppers to full on displays. If you don't know what you are looking for by all means ASK! The staff here really knows what they are doing and is so willing to help, they can explain each item to you in detail, what's loudest, what's highest etc. Today I saw a worker taking around an older couple and helping them throughout the whole process. She was even guiding their cart for them! That's customer service!

Always a good selection and I always end up spending much more than I planned. As stated by others, it does get very busy the closer you get to the 4th, so plan ahead to get the best selections.

Worth the money spent. Great collections and reasonable price.
Call out: call the store and check store close hours if you visit in the evening. Hours in Google was not correct as of Nov 2017. Not sure if it was changed after that.

I had purchased roughly 80 dollars in items and can home with a BUNCH of stuff, I didn’t receive one of my items during bagging (a smoke grenade) and when I came back a week prior and mentioned I didn’t receive it they gave me one at no charge, excellent company, would highly recommend.

It's really the only place around too get good fireworks for your back yard celebration. Don't waste your time with the little stands in WalMart parking lots, and other knock off sparkler stores... These guys sell the stuff you actually want like mortars, Roman candles, those little tanks that just start on fire instead of having a battle like you hope, the whole 9 yards. Thanks guys for making this 4th of July memorable. Also, the names are hilarious, especially the "Echo in your Ear"

Very clean and well organized store. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to have a good knowledge of what they sell.

I want to say the comment about the flag issue was great. To see ownership step up and respond was great. I am a vet and see the flag disrepected every day on purpose by people who should know that it is a living symbol our Country. Just want to say thanks for caring enough to respond and take responsiblity.

I went here last year and plan on going again, really good selection and well organized store. Only question I have is if you guys have any stuff that’s a bit louder than your usual fireworks? I didn’t see any the one time I went

Best fireworks in Wisconsin. Cant go wrong they have everything your looking for. Everything from kids snaps to the big artillery shells and cakes its a 1 stop shop for great fireworks. They also have great deals year round check website for details and locations near you.
