Best Taco Bell in the area! I drive 27 minutes from Mayfield, just to visit this Taco Bell. It’s top shelf.

Yes…Mayfield has a Taco Bell. It’s ghetto trash with terrible service and they never have inventory of what you want to order.

This Taco Bell in Chardon is clean, friendly, and prompt. Everything is delivered hot, fresh, and more importantly…correct! You actually get what you ordered.

Probably the best taco bell I've been to honestly. Only thing that ruined my experience was a delivery driver thinking he could go behind the counter so they called the cops on him so my order was a little slower than usual.

The food is great, the staff is friendly. Orders are wrong once in a while but, you are also supposed to check the bag which I don't do.

I don't like to out my favorite taco bells but this is one of the Golden Bells. Top 3 NEO taco bells for me

I honestly don’t know why people were giving such bad reviews about this place. I’ve been to a few Taco Bell‘s in my life and this is one of the best I’ve been to. I really don’t know why it’s been given such bad reviews. The lady in the drive-through yesterday was super super nice nicer than Chick-fil-A employees like everything was running. Everything was made hot and fresh like again. I don’t know why it was giving such a bad reviews. I’m definitely going here again. I’ll definitely drive 15 minutes to come here then five minutes to go to one down the street that sucks. Keep up the good work.

I always have a ton of alterations, and they never mess them up. Speedy and kind too.

Quick service, food was good. Nice to be at a taco bell that actually took their time putting the tacos together rather than thrown together and squished.

This newly remodeled Taco Bell looks great and has self serve order screens.

The atmosphere was good. The food was actually well-prepared and fresh. The staff was very busy but yet very attentive. Everything was pretty much top of the line for taco Bell. This is one of the better locations. I had a burrito supreme and so, for the first time in quite a while, I feel like I actually had a quote unquote burrito supreme.

I work nights at the hospital. Unless I pack a lunch or rely on the vending machines that never work, I try to make my way here before 1am. Every single time all the workers have been kind, courteous and professional. Big kudos to them! I know working nights are rough but they never let it show.

This taco bell is always clean on the inside and the food is always served swiftly and warm. I have never had any issues here. The recently released nacho fries are really good. They are basically seasoned fries. There is a community board that keeps you updated with fliers of things happening in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful

Good food I like to eat there too

Decided to go into the store instead of drive thru. Had a large order and waited maybe 10 minutes. Employee who gave us our food apologized for the wait and said she had put some cinnamon twists in our takeout for our patience. We were both taken aback... was this Taco Bell? Great staff and service!

This Taco Bell in particular always has the best tasting food out of any other store I’ve ever been to. Everyone working there is always so friendly and kind and goes above and beyond to get my food to me as fast as they can. It’s close to home and always my go to for a quick treat or an easy meal

Thank you so much for the Mango ice tea. My mom was really feeling down about herself and that act of kindness made her feel so much better. Thank that young man at the window for us please! He saved her with just a small act of kindness. He was at the window on April 30th 2021. Appreciate him and everyone who did that for us. Thank you!

My order was made online. I was not greeted at the window and it made me feel slighted. I needed a few things and since no one spoke to me they could not be addressed. On the other hand, my order was completely correct. Each item was marked so that I could tell them apart (which was a good thing since it was a $30 order!). Nothing was missing or made incorrectly. For that I was very appreciative.

Best Taco Bell experience I have had in a very very long time! Food was fantastic tonight. We will for sure be coming to this one again. Worth the drive from Mentor.

My favorite fast food place in the vicinity. Cheap, fast and open late! May not always be my first choice, but certainly not my last! Polite staff, may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but they are there to please!

Apart from the waiting time in the drive thru line, the place is held to a high standard in terms of preparing and delivering their food. Perhaps the extra time is used to ensure a high quality experience.

This is the best Taco Bell in ohio by far. Great staff, always accommodating to requests and if there is a mistake they fix it without question. I recommend other fast food franchises be like the chardon Taco Bell.
