QDOBA Mexican Eats

HUGE shoutout to Jacob J. for being the guy who saved Qdoba from looking like the biggest clown show in town today. Apparently, all of the other staff decided to walkout leaving Jacob (who's only 17 by the way) alone to run the store. I'd be surprised if this is even legal seeing as how he's a minor. When I arrived, I was greeted by locked doors but Jacob ran to the door to explain. He could have waved me away or ignored me but he wanted to explain the situation and apologize. I'm honestly not sure why he was as apologetic as he was seeing as this isn't his fault at all and rather would appear to be the result of a completely incompetent management team. I hung around for a while and watched as Jacob continued to treat each and every customer with VIP service and made sure to not only explain but to apologize on behalf of the store for something he had nothing to do with. Class act through and through. THIS is the guy you want in charge of the store. 17 years old or not, he's proven he can do it. If not, at least give him a raise, corporate. He saved this store from looking absolutely ridiculous today. We need more people like Jacob in the world because he made my weekend.

I ordered a very large takeout order here sort of last minute. They were able to accommodate with no problems at all. I really appreciate the extra mile service. Thank you!!

I was at this Location on Saturday, January 14th a little after 6 pm. There were so many people in line and it was so incredibly busy. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of employees working. The only reason i'm giving a 5 🌟 rating is because the food was good and the two people who are working were absolutely fantastic. There was one gentleman making all the food and one young lady working on the register and they were getting their butts handed to them. The entire time I was there they did not stop. Kudos to them for being gracious while they were so obviously short handed.

Best taco salads ever. It's got a creamy ranch sauce that be hitting. Free entree if you sign up for there rewards and go at least once a month

I have been to many Qdoba’s in my lifetime, and this is by far one of the best. The service is fast, the food is great and it has a wonderful atmosphere. The manager Jesus is super helpful, friendly, and knows his store. The workers come in with a smile on their face and are always friendly.

Food is always made exactly to your specifications & staff is very accommodating & courteous. Restuarant interior is always immaculately clean & offers a variety of free condiments & utensils. Spicy Chicken Queso Burrito is my favorite!

My kids and I love coming to this location! They're always friendly and the food is always good.

Came here for one last dinner before heading to the hospital to be induced with our first baby. The manager saw I was pregnant and I explained we were heading to hospital from here. He graciously gave us our meal as a gift and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Thanks again for making our night and trip to the hospital even more memorable! :)

This place has a whole new team since the last time I visited this location, and it was a great experience. 100% better!!

Jay was absolutely wonderful!! He helped me with my app that was having issues, and found the best deal for our order. This specific qudoba location is by far the best! Good fresh food, friendly staff, clean tables, very easy to communicate with as some locations have issues that way. Definitely recommend this location!

I drive all the way from Milwaukee to come to this location because of the night crew who always makes me feel welcome and they provide amazing service every time. 10/10 recommend

I took a trip there, and I was impressed by how cordial everyone was, the provided great service, the manager I assume Jesus, was phenomenal he made my experience even better, and the food tasty as usual ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don’t know who the big guy behind the counter is… but he has excellent customer service skills and has a great personality if he’s not a supervisor or manager he should be… cheers up my day every time I walk in that place… thanks for the great conversations and customer service….

Nice staff, and very fast service. Order was made quickly and correctly. Store was clean, and very well lit. Nice location. Only thing I would say is it seemed the room was chilly, one of the staff was a wearing a jacket. Dont know if they were having issues, or not.
