H&R Block treats you like family!

I've been using this branch of H&R Block for many years. I have always had a secure feeling in knowing my taxes are being done correctly and they have always looked out for my best interest. Always done in a timely fashion also.

I used to struggle with doing my taxes. it would take me all night to do them and often I would feel like I was doing them wrong. They were so confusing to figure out. H&R Block has helped me take care of my taxes with ease. Every time I have used H&R Block it takes less than an hour and they ask for a relatively cheap fee to take care of the tax returns. I will continue using H&R Block because they are so good! Their staff is also very helpful and very customer friendly. I have been taken care of by several of their staff throughout the years and they are all very kind and helpful.

Wanda is a super star. She has handled my Dad's and stepmom's taxes for years. They're in their 90s. She is patient, yet thorough. Thank you for your service! I highly recommend this H&R Block office.

This is the second year I have worked with Wanda Petkosek and both years the time it took her to complete the tax return and provide the results far exceeded my expectations. She is easy to work with and has a good grasp of the current tax codes

My tax agent knows and remembers me. She asks for updates to make sure she has all she needs to do my taxes in a timely, efficient manner and does not hesitate to tell me uncomfortable news when necessary. The office help is always polite and helpful as well.

I had my taxes done at the Chardon,Ohio office done by Carmen for the 2nd year in a row now. She is always very thorough and professional. She answered all my questions, and explained everything step by step. She is very caring and personable as well. I would go back to her and recommend her to my friends and family.

Wanda Petkosek is simply amazing. This year of course is a lot more challenging. She walked me through every step to get my taxes done. She is unbelievably fantastic at her job !!
