I have been having problems with my radio not working and finally found the time to get it looked at. I originally had an appointment with a different dealership till they called me and were rude to me on the phone so, I decided to called Sarchoine because of all the great things I have heard about them. I am so glad I did. Everyone was so kind, and pleasing to work with. I was only there for tops an hour and a half which I was expecting to be there longer. I am also hoping my next vehicle will be purchased from here!

Everyone I dealt with was awesome. Communicated with Randy for about a week before deciding what i wanted initially was looking at a truck but eventually decided I wanted an suv instead. Randy was understanding and helpful while I decided what I ultimately wanted. Decided that what I really wanted was an explorer. Asked Randy if I could test drive a 23 explorer. Went on Friday afternoon. After discussing the financial numbers he understood that I needed to think it over. Notified him Saturday morning that I wanted it. Couple hrs later I was driving away with my new explorer and couldn't be happier. What a great staff that I dealt with.
