Had an absolutely amazing experience! They staff was so kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Never once did we feel rushed. They spent tons of time talking with us and explaining everything they had to offer. The amount of items to look at was very large and reasonable priced for the quality. We wanna give and extra shoutout to Mary for being so great and patient with us. We walked in just scanning and left with a whole dining room table set and brand new couch.

We have purchased furniture from RHF for many many years. The quality is great, the service is outstanding! This particular purchase was 2 chair for the LR. ETA was 15 - 18 weeks (between 10/28 & 11/12) we had both chairs last week!

This beautiful business is much larger than it looks and so well put together inside. I came in at the last minute from a flyer I received in the mail but didn't purchase anything at that time. Very friendly and helpful staff, definitely a place I will be stopping into in the future!

We bought office furniture from them and they came clear to Wooster to help us pick out what was best for our office. Then my husband and I went there to buy living room furniture. What a great experience. Very unique type furniture and very helpful staff. Shout out to Kate and Laurie who treated us like royalty. This was a very nice experience and the prices are good. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is extensive. Right now the expected delivery times are 8-12 months, but that seems consistent with all fine furniture showcases.

We have been going to Randolph furniture for a couple years, I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the customer service the willingness to help with our furniture decisions and the quality of what is there. Everything that we have purchased there has helped our home looks so warm and beautiful. They were very very helpful. Took into account what I was looking for. Was looking for cottage/farmhouse type of sofa. Found what I was looking for. Service is great. Very patient helping me with my selection. Prices perfect. Will buy any home furnishings there from now on. They do it all. Also got my mattress set from there. Their delivery is great.

The selection of furnuture, flooring, blinds and accessories is varied with good prices. I have purchased all items mentioned above. The quality service inside and outside the store is top notch. This is my one stop shopping and when i look around they can't be beat.

Excellent service. The salewoman walked me around the entire (large) storeroom, and had me try multiple chairs, and fit me with a great one! The chair is a month old now, and it fits like a glove.
