Dittmar is one of the best places to rent from in Wisconsin. We leased from them for 3 years at Park Terrace in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. They were fair and kept the property well maintained. Another very important thing was they are an Equal Opportunity business and treats all people fairly. I would recommend them highly.They have properties around Wisconsin Richard and Jewel Rodgers

I went and talked to Nikki and told her that I do not think our Air Conditioner is working at full strength, but only because it will not get down past 73 degrees.
She told me that she will have Darrell come over and look at it.
Before I got back to the apartment, Darrell was already there waiting to look at the unit. After looking at the until Darrell told me he would call their Air Conditioning Company to come out and hopefully make it right.
Within ONE HOUR, our Air Conditioner was repaired and fully running and our apartment was down to 69 degrees that we set it for. We could not be happier with the way we are taken care of here. Not that things got fixed immediately, but that they have them looked at and then hopefully fixed asap.
This is a wonderful place to live!

The buildings and property are very well maintained. Constant upgrades. On site Manager is always accessible and very responsive. Any issues are taken care of within a half of a day.. Residents appear to be screened very carefully. Reasonable rent with heat included.

Though my plans changed and I didn’t sign a lease with this company Rebekah was great, nice customer service and follows through will definitely apply again in the near future.

Great apartments, however the upper management takes full advantage of you as the tenant. I applied for a studio lease for a year and they said I was accepted, then they changed the details of the apartment and wanted all the money in full. I did not have all the money in full so they offered 3 and 6 month rent options, even when I applied for the one month rental rate for 12 months. The 6 month rental option was $110 more than the regular per rent month and the 3 month option was over $210 more than the asking price that I applied for! They were taking full advantage of me for being in college. I have a full time job in the summer and even during the school year I made more money than the cost of rent by far. They lied on their own application sheet, and are not hesitant to take advantage of people.
