Well I was blindsided on last week from Dr. Simone Majectic‘s office. I came in late for my physical, I arrived late due to the traffic on SOM Center Road and they put me down as a call off no-show. I was told I have to reschedule the appointment. Before I had a chance to reschedule I got a call from I think her last name is Morgan telling me that they were dismissing me as a patient. I still needed a ct scan for my annual screening for my lungs, (I am a former smoker and they found nodules on my lung four years ago and they’ve been watching it every year making sure that nodules don’t grow) I also had a normal blood work and I need to see a hematologist so I needed a referral for that. I got neither I just was told that I was late and I canceled appointments and that was that. So punctuality is put over Health care. So for anyone that’s new please be prompt & don’t call office to reschedule your appointments. Dr. Simone Majectic is a great doctor I loved her and I was really blindsided by this action she took. Now I have the painful track to find a new doctor transfer my records hopefully the new doctor will still give me orders that I need that I’m left high and dry about.
