So far I've only just brought my car in but I'm already impressed. It's going to take a little work and be in for a little while.

The lady who runs the office is really nice. Good communication. Honest expectations given to me.

When the mechanic called, they let me know they went over it from bumper to bumper to let me know exactly what it was going to need and even broke it down to which things were more immediate and which things could wait. They let me know what my options would be, taking into account cost as well as time. No pressure at all from the mechanic or the office.
Genuinely was given the impression and feeling that they would take care of my car as if I was family. I will update later once work is done but so far I've got the feeling this is going to be my regular mechanic :-)

Amy followed me through the whole process to keep me in the loop and was very transparent on what they were fixing on my car. I really appreciated her compassion and reassurance!

Took my 96 Mustang Cobra here to get a new exhaust system, cold air intake, bigger throttle body, and raise the car to stock height. I gave them a budget and they worked within the budget and fixed some other issues found. The exhaust sounds great and now it drives like a new car. 100 percent satisfied.

We have been going to Eric’s complete auto repair for the last few times we’ve had issues with my son’s Envoy. Eric went well above and beyond to get my sons vehicle safe and fixed. He was also able to helps us when we were in the worst jam ever!!! I highly recommend Eric for all your vehicle needs. His work ethic is amazing and the way he cares about his clients safety astounds me. He is aware of my sons diability and is just simply amazing when dealing with him. Every employee there is amazing and kind. I will never go anywhere else. To me they are family!!!!

I had some electrical problems with my truck. I was shown the problem before they done the work. I appreciate that aspect of going over the issue with me before fixing my problem. Thank You for your quality and ethics of work. 5stars!!

I've been going to Eric's since I was 17, nobody works on my car but Eric or me. I recently asked for a appointment, but he was booked solid, but he was able to squeeze me in at the last part of the day to get my repairs done regardless. I've never had a issue with poor service or quality, they will tell you the problem and the process to fix it in great detail, Eric is the best mechanic around and his staff is top notch under his leadership.

Shoutout to Adam, who was awesome about explaining what the issue was when I asked questions, and for fixing my A/C.

The receptionist/ordering/scheduling lady, whose name escapes me, is super nice to talk to.

When I dropped the car off then this morning, I saw another tech there take another customer back home while his car was getting worked on.

Real stand-up people who do business right.

2/13/2023 New update:
Eric no longer works on the Ford Explorer we had as it finally gave out. He kept it running longer than I thought it would, though, almost made it to 300,000 miles. Now, have a 2009 Jeep Liberty that Eric has done work on, replaced the electric fans for the radiator, hose lines, new fluid, recently replaced transmission lines in it and, thankfully, didn't have to replace the transmission. Eric and his crew know their business, let you know what's wrong with the vehicle and leaves it up to the individual whether to have the work done or not. Eric's a great guy and works with you too get the job done! Thanks, Eric and crew, couldn't be happier!!

Had Eric do an AFM delete on my 5.3l Chevy. His team took care of my truck as if it were their own. I am beyond happy with the results. Eric takes his time making sure everything is where it should be. If you're looking for a fast shop this isn't it. These people make sure everything is perfect and make sure to take their time to do so. Amazing shop with amazing people!

Went there today to get my check engine light checked out and they fixed it and I'm so happy to not have that worry. I can't believe just went right to work on it . I highly recommend this place. Those guys are awesome!

Eric and his crew went on and beyond for me. They are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone! I was stranded an hour from home with my grandson and daughter and he made arrangements to get me and my car to him and even jumped through all the hoops with my third party warranty company. Five star service all the way!!!!

They do great work. They give you a list of issues they feel will need to be addressed soon but they don't push you to have it done. The only issue I had is their communication of status of repairs needs improvement.

I brought my 2009 Saturn Outlook in to two dealerships to be repaired, and after several thousand dollars worth of repairs, the vehicle still wasn't running correctly. I brought it to Eric's and it's been several months now, and the vehicle is still running like a top. He did all of the right repairs right the first time, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend his services to anyone. I believe the dealerships have a vested interest in keeping repair costs down when it's under a third-party warranty agreement because they are the same people that are selling those warranties. This creates a conflict of interest because the warranty companies and dealerships are in it together to work together like this.

Found this company on the internet. What luck, they took my car right away.....keep me posted on the progress and did a great fix.. AND charged a fair price. What more could you ask for.

Eric's did a great job on my 2020 silverado, had them fab an install flowmaster super 10 true duel exhaust system. They look an sound great!!!

Eric's Complete Auto Care is one of the best shops in Newark. They are honest and make repairs at a reasonable price. We take all of our vehicle repairs to Eric's. 5 Stars.
