My Medicare Network

My experience with My Medicare Network has been awesome. From the day when I saw them on New Day Cleveland to today, September 7th. Derek has been on top of things from the beginning. Listening to me and answering all of my questions. I knew nothing about the Medicare Advantage process and Derek explained everything to me so I would understand. Every call that I made to him was always returned. I HIGHLY recommend My Medicare Network to everyone that is going to be starting their Medicare process. Derek was amazing and you will not be disappointed.

My Medicare Network representative, Derek Thomas was on spot from the moment we first spoke. Not only did he select the plan I was looking for, he took time to explain and present a detailed comparison to another plan. He answered all of my questions, was there each step of the process. What a pleasure to call for help & get a friendly knowledgeable person to speak with. Not being put through the automated run around, not being placed on hold with music for ever. Not being transferred from person to person, having to ask the same question over & over & getting a different answer each time! So far, I’ve been very pleased with the service I’ve received from all the representatives.. They’ve all been super nice, patient listeners, answered my questions diligently. I feel blessed with Devoted, after having a nightmare-ish experience with a different company. I sleep well at night knowing I won’t have any surprises with my health care coverage.

I was originally given a proposal from United Healthcare (UHC) that was going to cost me over $150 a month. After contacting Derek Thomas at My Medicare Network he was able to get me a plan with $0 monthly fee that provides $55 a month for groceries and $50 a quarter for OTC medicines.

Darrek Thomas was so helpful to my family, he found us a policy that fit us. My husband and I have a couple of medications that are very expensive , he found me a great plan that met our needs. Darrek explained everything to us.

Derek was very helpful and informative when my husband and I was ready to sign up for Medicare. My husband had to work late and Derek was accommodating and would schedule a time after hours to come to the house to make sure our needs were met.
