Very polite and professional here. Place was very clean and organized. Lots of items to suit your needs. A nice Beer Cave and ton of lottery terminals. Do stop in!

Sam and his crew are great, ignore the haters that get upset for having to cover their credit card fees. The store is clean, well stocked and, is priced similarly to other places like it.

Just went here for the first time last night to try the new Prime drinks. Owner was very kind and friendly, even though I came right before he closed he still told me to take my time. I will defibately be back.

issues include 1) credit card fees, 2) beer that is expired, and 3) recently stopped putting price tags on products. sam is very nice though and tries very hard to please and retain his customers. June 2023 update: credit card fee comes out to like 4%! this is just crazy! there were no fees for decades and NOW an electronic transaction is 4%? this makes no sense! can't do it.

They keep expired milk on the shelves for sale!! Just bought 2 chocolate milks and when I went to drink it I noticed both have been expired for weeks 💀💀My fault I guess for not looking but I don’t know I’d expect a business to not put out old milk for sale

Just moved to Ohio a few months ago and visited this store twice. First, time I made a purchase for alcohol I had a great experience with the cashier. Second, time I came back a few months later had a different cashier and I was denied a sell for alcohol due to my driver’s license not saying Ohio. The cashier quoted to me, “Ohio Only.” I have never been told this in my entire life, I did not argue, and politely left the store. The law states any store has the right to deny any purchase. However, courtesy is key to any business and despite the pandemic going on such rudeness will get you nowhere fast in life. I went down the street and made another purchase within 5 minutes. This store lacks etiquette and professionalism, that every store should have and treat their customers like family no matter where you are from. I came back because it looked like a mom and pop store trying to make a sell with good people, but now that I’ve had this experience I will not be back. I encourage the cashiers to learn how to do their jobs to read an out of state license and understand the laws of selling alcoholic beverages. There are plenty of other stores that will do business with anyone and discrimination of any kind should not be tolerated because that’s just good business.

I live on Dover center and come here very often. I pulled into the parking lot tonight at 9:45pm and the employee came out and said they were closed at 9:30pm due to the curfew. First off, you are a business and are allowed to be open until 10pm. There is no reason you have to close at 9:30. There were 4 other cars that pulled in at the same time I did and we were all turned away. I don’t understand why you would close so early when you don’t have to. You will be losing some good business that will have to go elsewhere.

Ripping people off!!! I’m furious. Charging a customer service fee on ever credit card purchase . They don’t tell you either. Can you imagine all the money that they have made from charging people this fee.I would not recommend this place!
