I was in there on Tuesday 12/12 with an odd request. I needed an adapter to connect an old carpet cleaner to my sink faucet. I have to say that Tony was more than helpful. He took his time to make sure I was purchasing the correct product and was patient with me considering I’m a novice when it comes to plumbing. I highly recommend using this convenient hardware store!

First of all the service is phenomenal. Brandon went out of his way to help us with our purchase of a fireplace table. Then he explained options to my wife and I. After the sale he and a co-worker, Tom, helped me carry the table and chairs out to my truck. I want to thank the store manager, Peter, for hiring such good people. It is very rare to have such good quality people working at one place. This proves the point of shopping local, because these folks care.

The manager went above and beyond to help us buy a new Blackstone. He looked into ways for us to save more money. Much better service than the big box stores will give you. Highly recommend.

Great service experience from Ray in the lawn and garden service department. Very friendly. Had my leaf blower up and running within a hour.

It's on the corner of Detroit avenue And Dover center. Plenty of parking places including handicap. A clean, Well stocked, very friendly, and helpful hardware store. They have everything from grills to gaskets.

Tony was great! Very nice and helped me replace my car key no problem!

We frequent the local Ace Hardware Stores in lieu of the local big box stores and will continue to do so because of the excellent service we receive. I recently purchased a birthday gift for my husband from the Westlake location, and Tony went out of his way to work with the manufacturer and other local stores to ensure that it arrived on time. He arranged for it to be assembled and delivered even though we are technically just outside of their local delivery area. Tony checked in on a Sunday evening to confirm that everything was expected and that my husband was pleased with the gift. It is so refreshing to have such personalized attention and from professionals who are clearly invested in their customers.

Our Girl Scout troop sold cookies at the Westlake Ace Hardware. The manager Tony was very accommodating to our girls!
He let us set up in the vestibule to stay out of the wind and rain. (He also offered us some chairs and bags for large cookie orders if needed.) This was a welcomed surprise since the weekend prior a large popular retailer would not allow the same accommodations when it was cold and snowing!
The store was very clean and all staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. This was a great experience for our Girl Scouts!

Its outdoor equipment department is superb.

I have gone to it a few times to look for parts for a snowblower. In contrast to many other places, Ace stocks parts in bulk; thus, the price of parts are very reasonable.

Today, I bought two valve stems for a tubeless tire on a snowblower for $1.5 a piece. A few days earlier I bought a foot of gas line for $1 or $2.

Just want to give a shout out to Jay who helped me make keys today. Even though the store was busy he was very cordial, efficient and polite!

Staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. And of the dozen times I've been there, they've only once not had what I needed. My go-to home improvement store.

Went in to use my birthday discount. Got 2 bags of bird seed and only paid $15 for 2-20lb bags. Great price and great cashier.
