I bought a truck on December 8th 2023 it is a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 2 days after I bought it I lost heat in the truck and popped the hood and the coolant was empty put some in it and called superior on Monday and they just told me today I half to pay $150 to get it fixed I shouldn’t have to pay for anything I haven’t even finished putting the down payment down yet NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!! And I also took it to a shop on tuseday 12-12-23 and had it diagnosed and it needs a radiator!

I got a ford escape 3 weeks ago...it has an active recall on it, was never serviced and is now at the ford dealership for problem that they knew was wrong with it when they sold it to me...when we went to them for assistance we were told "call the 800 number we can't help you....never tried to make anything right...but make sure u make your payments... I will never recommend them or go back for a vehicle there evwr

Bought a Toyota Kia from this place and there was so much stuff wrong with it they didn't give me any papers for the things that were wrong with it and then ignored me and hung up on me when I called about it!!!! I will never go back through them ever again!!! You shouldn't either there awful!!!
