Big Lots

Kal is an incredible retail customer service rep. He asked us if we needed a cart before we even got inside, and then asked us if we needed any help a little later while we were browsing inside .very friendly and helpful!

Staff is usually friendly and eager to help. Store is usually clean and well maintained. And if you can't find something at one Big lots, you can find it at another.

Went in at 815 pm and the furniture section was already closed down for the evening. That did not stop Jay from helping us . He ran into his stock room probably 10 times looking for recliners for me.

I am a delivery driver for Big lots..
And I can tell you that 8 out of 10 stores are usually in pretty good shape. Although I've seen some pretty rough stores. I really don't think Big lots is any cheaper than Walmart but I do get their employee discount.
So sometimes people need to thank a truck driver for us spending our whole life out here on the road to bring you your stupid big lots of stuff.. 😆

Always like going to this store. Well stocked and the employees are nice and helpful. Ordered a rug online and then went right to the store and it was already ready for pick up.

only one thing bugged me, the exercise equipment like dumbbells was practically non-existent. loved the dog area! oh! and pricing needs to be more visible. i saw a cat carrier backpacks and no price on any of them. overall tho .. 5*s !!!!😊💗🎈

The store is clean. They are very helpful. A gentleman by the name of Kyle was very helpful and kind. The cashier Mar'Neisha was exceptional

I am beginning to enjoy this store. I'm traveling so much lately that I buy snacks and water. I also bought really reduced summer items for the home. Then the send me discounts or give them to me on my receipt for more discounts. Their furniture is high quality for a reasonable price.

Great store layout and extensive inventory selection. It's worth visiting the store as the inventory selection on line wasn't accurate to fulfill my online order. However upon stopping into this store, the products that I was searching for were actually available. Having worked in retail establishments for many years, I understand this is more common than people might expect. The employees were quite helpful and personable. I would recommend this Big Lots to anyone.

My favorite Big Lots. My husband and I have a strange love of Big Lots and we always go to this location even though it's not the closest one to our house. Lindsey who worked in the furniture department was so nice and very helpful. The store is spacious and it's easy to find everything.

Big Lots is great 👍. There prices are competitive and many items are sold cheaper then other retailers. People friendly and there's always someone around to help.
Wheel chair accessible from the parking lot all throughout the store including restrooms. It's a great place to shop with lines minimal at all times...

Always lots of new things to look at. Was surprised to see they are selling clothing now. Picked up 2 shirts for my son's birthday. Store is always clean.

The guy stocking the paper products was funny and helpful. And as ALWAYS Starla was very helpful and was quick to try the 3 phone numbers i had to give her because my rewards card wouldn't scan. She was able to put a smile on my face on a pretty stressful day!

Nice, big, very clean and well lit store. Everything was superbly organized, and well stocked. This is the cleanest, brightest big lots store that I've ever visited. I found the specific items that i went into the store to buy, plus a few extra items that were specially marked down from the holidays. There was no line at the register, the cashier was friendly, and there was ample parking. I will probably shop at this particular big lots location over any other from now on.

Very clean and well organized. The staff is super helpful. I had an issue with a five dollar off coupon and they not only gave me the 5 dollar discount but the daily 20 percent off offer as well. By far the best big lots I have shopped.

Love this store! They have it all. I get pet products, personal hygiene, decor, toys, you name it, it's here and it's of great quality, at a discounted price. If you're a rewards member you will recieve coupons through email regularly and money off after spending so much. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean.

Never have been a fan of biglots until recently. I stopped on a whim and in a hurry, was suprised at the quality of most of the things they have now. Bought a Calphalon coffee pot for 50 bucks!!! They actually have a great selection of home products that are really nice!
