It's been almost a year now since the storm last Christmas wrecked our boiler heating system. The job presented multiple challenges, and the folks from Ohler and Holzhauer handled it all with skill and professionalism at every stage of the process. The heating system works great now, and we are grateful for their work.

We had to go through Ottawa County for a water leak, but the only way I knew this was entirely due to help from Patrix.

Woke up this morning to a broken water line under the house. Called the plumber and was told they wouldn't have time to get to us today. So my husband tried to fix it himself. After a few hours, he realized it wasn't something he could fix and we called back to schedule a time for the plumber to come.

They were here within 45 minutes! After a long day, and presumably finishing earlier than anticipated, they took the time to fit us in. That, my friends, is customer service!

Ohler & Holzhauer Inc. employees were incredible! Not only did they fix my pipe (in 30 minutes) they also swapped out my tank because it was going bad (I knew that sound wasn't normal!) and were here and gone in under 2 hours!

You guys have found a lifelong customer!

The whole team has been terrific...have used them several times and highly recommend them. Jason (the plumber) is very skilled, friendly, professional and works hard.

Called Friday at 2:30 and a technician was at our house within 30 minutes. Quickly identified the problem and got our AC working again! So thankful for great service.

Issues with a/c, Blower motor not kicking on. Gave them a call, same day service ! Had parts on hand needed to replace, went though system and made sure everything was good ! Thank you for taking the extra time to do it right...Will do business with them again !!!

Absolutely fabulous!!! My elderly mother at home when her pipes froze. Even though they were soooooooo backed up with repairs they made time to help her. So very grateful. I would suggest them to everyone and will.
