Andrea was AMAZING!!! Was able to accommodate my mother in every thing she needed AND was able to get her a discount…. A discount the rep on phone said no to… Andrea explained the discount she was do and she got it!!!

I had an app blocker on my phone and couldn't get into my new device, as it was blocked by this app blocker that required a code anytime you pressed a button.
I just got the phone and was worried I would lose all my photos and contacts.

Payton somehow got around the app blocker, deleted it, and got me signed into my Google and Facebook.
Thank you a million. You're a life saver.!! Recommend!!!

Angela and Shelby has been soooo wonderful to work with. I’m on a budget and my phone took a sh&& and they were able to get me back on the road with a few extras. If I were Verizon. I’d give them that store. They were so helpful. Thank you ladies!!!

I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 22 years and have always had pretty great customer service…..but today I was taken care of by Shelby in the Celina store and she was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend
