24/7 all tho you got to get the owner Jeff to actually become a member or his wife. Place is nice everything you need. Tanning also and sauna

The staff is friendly, and you can get your workouts in here without waiting forever to use each piece of equipment! It's not a huge gym, but it is everything you need to get your workouts out. The prices are also reasonable. In a convenient location, you can go next door after your workouts and get a tan if you want also!! Highly Recommend gym in the Kenmore Area
