Has great service and great prices on gas and grocery items in their store. Employees are usually friendly no matter what time it is. Open 24 hours which makes it a great place to go if you need anything in the middle of the night.

The employees are always very friendly to me. It's very close to home also.

I went to this store often over the last two years , employees were always friendly etc. The management has went down hill. There coolers were out for around three weeks recently no one seemed to care. Then when they were up it was two weeks till they had dairy delivered. One employee will make you show I'd for cigarettes other employees don't. One employee won't let you in without a mask other employees will. So you never no what you need to do. I need my mask, do I need my I'd. They should be consistent on what they do then customers would not have to get angry leave and have to come back. I won't be going back till management changes.

Poor customer service. Couldn’t look at the expiration date, until after I paid for the product, due to the counter glass. It was old and stale-tasting. When I brought it back, with the receipt, the lady said it was SUPPOSED to taste bad. However, if the 5 Hour Energy Drink is up to date, then it tastes good. I had to gamble on its expiration date, due to the glass separator, but at the East Avenue Duchess, you’ll always lose, because the products just sit there. Some of them may never be up to date. I mostly don’t appreciate that the lady’s defense was that they’re supposed to taste bad, steering away from the fact that it was just older and stale.

Went here to fill up my gas and potentially grab a snack and then I noticed I was being profiled and stared at by a police officer inside. Pretty much blocking the door as well.

So I didn’t decide to enter because I wasn’t looking for a conversation or for the little guy to act big for no reason.

And when I say little I mean little. Probably 5’1. I didn’t know whether to laugh or what. Felt strange. Probably won’t go here again. I imagine if my skin color was a bit darker I’d be confronted simply for existing.

Would not recommend coming here at nights at the very least. Unless you want to meet the umpa lumpa of doom, or you want to be stared at like a celebrity for the 5 minute you fill your tank.

Went in there with 4$ in change for gas and the young man working told me he wasn’t taking my change that he had enough and he refused to serve me. Told me to go down to Marathon. So I politely told him he can’t refuse my money and he said he could and he was. I ended up telling him about himself and told him he wouldn’t have a job much longer turning paying customers away. That store won’t be in business much longer if management is allowing their employees to turn away money! I shop there for all my gas, cigs and lottery and have for 20+ years, but not anymore. I will gladly take my business elsewhere because with customer service like that. I’d rather chew my arm off then get treated like that.

We were there last night and we got told to get out but the worker allowed everyone else to go in to pay for gas he wasn't nice about it at all if this continues to happen I will make a phone call to cooperate about the way we got treated I don't appreciate it at all

Horrible service everytime I go there the door is closed and the employee says he's counting th drawer meanwhile he's on his phone from 1100 a
M. Til 12 15 am.

Staff is very rude and some dude that works. There is a very arrogant.

They are charging more than what items are priced at and asked for a refund, they refused said ain't nothing they can do about it

The website says open 24 hours. Its not even midnight I see an employee inside but the door is locked

Worst place to ever work!! Will have u work 10 hrs straight with no provides breaks
