Veterans Memorial Park

Beautiful and clean park. Very friendly atmosphere and fun playground for the kids to enjoy. Great spot for Pokemon Go as well 😁

I circled the Culver City area for parks. I drove to 3-4 checked them out. They weren't real suitable no shade/restroom/parking. Veterans Memorial was my last resort! I was looking to eat my lunch. Jackpot! Veterans Memorial had it all! Very large park, plenty of parking and shade in multiple areas around the park. As others described it has all the amenities something for everyone and all nationalities! It has a museum as well! Nice, pleasant, and very enjoyable! I actually fell asleep! Lol 😆 I recommend Veterans Memorial. I'll be back and bring a friend.

A good clean park with several amenities that is only a mile off 405. Parking is FREE and ample. Soft Ball area. shaded picnic benches, play area for kids from.2-5 and then a separate for older kids. This is the first park where I've seen a Bully Free sign. Nice initiative Culver City.

Took my daughter and her friends to a wonderful outdoor movie at this park. Enjoyed seeing Twilight with hard-core Twilight fans. Also enjoyed the food trucks that provided dinner and goodies. We will definitely be back!

First time coming to this park! The facilities were very clean and there was no litter that I could see. I came to watch a movie in the park and was surprised at the ample parking available. There were playgrounds for children as well as a tennis court and basketball court that I saw others playing on. It’s a big park so I never felt too close to others in the park.

This park is very quiet and clean, on weekends a lot of people practicing sports, I like to go to the swimming pool, they have lap swimming and family swimming and more... The employees are not too friendly, but at least they work in a proper manner, I love the water always is warm and there are showers and vending machine. I like this place 🌞

The auditorium is pretty and clean. Different groups can rent space for meetings or classes. And, I've seen families rent the auditorium for family celebrations

Such a lively park! From tennis, to skating, to the playground. So much space for everyone. Found these beautiful flowering trees throughout the park as well.

This park is extremely shady, safe and clean. Is very family friendly and has some of the cleanest restrooms I've seen @ a public park. The park is also pet friendly, I saw a lot of people walking their dogs. We had a large party and their picnic area was able to accommodate us and have room for others.

I came here for Fiesta La Ballona. It’s dog friendly, so I brought my puppy but decided to carry her in my backpack. The park is located conveniently with parking/a parking lot. There were also bathrooms as well as a child play area. Really close to the senior center and city pool.
Definitely experience it during the festival so that there is a lot of food, music, and rides involved.

I love this park. Peaceful, green and grassy, shady, spacious, easy to park, friendly and active people.

I love Culver City. This location has always shown the different events for the public, which have been beneficial for all walks of life. When I attended a yearly event on 7.9.23, the park had a lot of women sports events happening. All of the women were unified and having fun. Families were unified and cheerful. There are also clean facilities which show the people that Culver City is a wonderful place to live and visit. Ample parking is available as well.
I recommend Culver City parks always.

Perfect park setting for walking, light exercise, and playground equipment for the youngins. Good summer youth programs

This is a great park to visit with kids. Culver City has one of the nicest playgrounds around and everything appears well-maintained. There are picnic tables and lots of shade trees.

My 4 year old son loves this playground. Some unique play structures makes this playground standout from a lot of others we frequent. We always find a friend to play with too, great people and great neighborhood.

Nice, spacious park in the middle of a residential area.

The memorial service for our friend was beautiful. The tributes were very heart warming. The museum is so very nice, bright and spacious and in a very good location - you can’t miss it. The room was very clean and airy. Smelled fresh. I would recommend using this place for a number of events. 2 thumbs up.

Huge Park! Lots of shade and tables. The playground is only really suited for older kids but there are some toddler swings.
