The experience was enjoyable, the establishment was clean, and the cuisine was of high quality. The cost may be considered somewhat elevated, however, I find this to be a positive aspect as it generally ensures a more mature and sophisticated clientele. I am willing to pay a premium for such an environment.

The kids/servers are all great. Young, eager, and excited to serve. They seem to be quite well trained, despite some of their youthfulness.

I've been now 3 times since moving to the neighborhood two weeks ago, and will be back pretty much every week, now that I've signed up for the REWARDS PROGRAM.

This is an amazing luxury theater experience and we had a great time. The serving staff is fantastic and everything was great. The only downside is that the price is a little steep but you do get what you pay for and their food was great.

What a way to go watch a movie! In luxury!!! If you haven't been to one of these theaters, I absolutely recommend for you to go to this one or find one near you. Service at its best. With refillable drinks and options of cocktails! Popcorn, snacks, AND MEALS!
Neat experience at a push of button!

The best experience I have ever had at a movie theater. Watched A Quite Place 2 there and it was phenomenal with the 3D sound system they have in the theater. The seats also had haptic feedback (vibrations) for loud noises and moments with lots of action and movement felt so much more real. The food was also amazing. I ordered pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. Homemade and prepared wonderfully. The staff was so kind and service was speedy. Definitely recommend!

Watching a movie at Cinepolis is pure luxury. The seats are comfy and recline. The food is great and the drinks are good. There is plenty of seating at the bar to enjoy drinks before the movie. It also has two outside patios. TIP: if you have a party of three pick the seats on the edge of the isle and bring a small blanket.

This is a great theater. It's got a beautiful entrance and a nice lobby. The powered reclining seats are very comfortable. The screens, projectors, sounds, and acoustics are top notch. The service staff does a great job with getting food and drinks delivered to your seats. Prices on the alcohol are high for what you get. No complaints on food quality or food costs. The restrooms are kept pretty clean and well stocked. Decent parking. There are decent food, dessert, and coffee options within walking distance too. Highly recommend. Great local theater.

Unfortunately I don't own a car nor know how to drive, so I went by bus.
The stretch of road leading up a very steep hill to the movie theater was much too grueling on my legs and feet (I'm over 400lbs), so I cheated my way up the hill hallway up via Uber ($7 plus a $3 tip) after a 20 minute wait (for the nearest Uber driver).
I was disappointed to find that in my Google search for a 4DX theater I thought Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas was one of those kinds of theaters. It's not. The cost to watch a matinee was $19 ($16 for the ticket, $2 for the booking fee (on the app, I'm guessing), and $1 for something labeled as 1xFCF).
Via a QR code (on a sticker on the table at your seat) you can download their fancy schmancy concessions menu. I ordered 2 bottles of Smart Water (at $7 a bottle), a cup of Reese's Pieces ($8.50), and Classic Burger that came with ketchup and fries ($14.50). Nevertheless, the menu also has the whole gamut of alcoholic drinks, spirits and whatever else they call those drinks (I'm not a drinker). My waitress was very professional and took my order half an hour before Snake Eyes started. My water and Reese's Pieces came shortly before the movie had started but my burger didn't come until after half an hour (about 15 minutes into the movie). Because the theater is very dark and the movie had subtle lighting I had to hold my heavy plate of food under my chin and feel around for my burger and fries to prevent dripping ketchup onto my t-shirt.
The surround sound at this theater is phenomenal! I only wish I had chosen my seat around the center of the theater so I could have enjoyed the full spectrum of the sound.
Being a poor unemployed man, I felt that my experience was well worth the money ($85) I spent on my entire trip ($22 on buses and Ubers and $63 for in-theater purchases and tip).

I love that you don't have to wait in line at a concession stand. Go to your nice, assigned seat and someone will wait on you. The popcorn is also much better than the usual movie theater popcorn, in my opinion (healthier / home made taste).

It's definitely worth the few extra dollars vs a standard theater.

Note: the armrest can be raised out of the way in the reclining chair pairs making one big chair. We ddn't realize that until the end and makes it much better if going with children or a significant other.

Besides being absurdly expensive this is probably one of my favorite theaters. The food is honestly shockingly well made and a great quality and the portions are nothing to sneeze at either.

The seats and athmosphaere is just fun and luxurious, so comfy you might fall asleep for a sec too. Pricey, but great fun to get drinks and food serviced inside. Like the large popcorn bowls, new thing lately.

Theater is a cut above most. Food service at your seat (pricey but good), recliner seats, swing-out tables. Friendly, prompt servers AND the pre-show entertainment is not loud or obnoxious.

Amazing cinema with comfy seats and service. The only thing which is missing- hot tea ☕. Please add it to the menu.

Best movie theaters ever! Luxury theaters are the best! You can pick your seats and buy your tickets online. You press the button on the chair for the waiter to take your order for food, drinks, and snacks and it is delivered to you while watching the movie. The seats are spacious and the movie theater is clean. Great quality big screen.

Great service. Went there tonight, but not my first time. It seems the service is at its peak. I am not sure it can get any better. You order something from your seat, not only does it get there fast, It gets there nice and hot. I highly recommend this theater if you want a relaxing, comfortable experience. That you can have dinner and drinks right from your seats in front of the big screen.

Cinepolis Luxury Cinema in Laguna Niguel is without a doubt the best movie theater experience that I have ever had.

The Food is amazing, with rich textures and beautiful flavors. Each drink was handcrafted and required almost no alterations.

A great experience going to the Laguna Nigel Cinepolis. First the before the movie entertainment was really nice. I miss having actual trivia to look at. It wasn't too distracting but enjoyable to look at. The staff was really nice and fast with the food orders. Definitely a great night out.
