Do NOT use this " company". She first told me all I needed for deposit was for the leather but then said I needed to give her a check for the full amount. I ordered a long leather couch and matching ottoman from her in late January for $6500. I never received updates about it's whereabouts and finally after many frantic emails and calls heard back that is was coming ( 4 months after I ordered it). Once I got the couch I hated the color leather, she had switched the hides but she never came back to show me the the new color she had ordered. This place sucks, no customer service at all. Susan never returned my calls or texts and still hasn't regarding my dislike of my couch. They also didn't do what I wanted with the legs of the couch. So irritating that she is just ignoring me. What kind of business takes money and barely delivers and then writes you off? They don't have a store front ( that i know of) for a reason so people can't come to them with their complaints. What makes me most mad is I fell for it. I should have never paid in full upfront!!
