Ana Furniture and Outlet Center - San Mateo

I was looking for a new couch which has been externally stressful. I finally went into Ana furniture and was greeted by Matthew. He asked me what I was looking for and I let him know my dimensions & style. He showed me multiple with out being pushy at the same time. We finally found one I absolutely love and it will be delivered at my house in one week. I am beyond satisfied with my new couch & the help from Matthew. I’m going to recommend this place to all of my friends $ family! I’ve attached the couch that Mathew helped me find!

I visited this store twice and both times ended up purchasing very nice furnitures for my house. The showroom is spacious and full of excellent choices of furniture. If you manage to come in during their sale season, you could buy good quality products with cheaper prices. The staff are very friendly and nice and knowledgeable. I got assisted by Winnie, Matthew and Leah. Love them. They made you feel at ease. They won’t follow you around, just let you roam around to see for yourself. And, when you have questions, they’re always be there to help.

I greatly recommend Ana’s furniture San Mateo . Big show room at the downtown location. Their sofas are top quality and their wood sideboard and dinner tables, such as this one, was like none other. I have never seen these one of a kind designs anywhere else. Mattew, one of the staff, showed high amounts of enjoyment to help us around the store, introducing us to pieces of furniture that fit our criteria, and overall was also a big part in our visit. Additionally, we modified our order twice, which in result, altered our shipping time and he is responsible and quite patient with our requests. Highly recommended Mattew who is tall and handsome man.

There were only about 3 stores totally that offered this. Of those 3, Ana Furniture was the ONLY affordable and soooo cute that we found was worth our money and what we were looking for! They had SO many options. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff! DWAYNE CHEN was AMAZING at helping us get everything organized and ready for us to come and pick up. The buying process was quick and easy and the customer service was top notch.
When we got there the 3 staff remembers helped us load it into our truck! I highly recommend Ana Furniture to anyone who is looking for affordable and quality and ADORABLE furniture, especially if it's last minute!

My husband and I went to this store a couple of days ago at around 18.00 and we were rushing to find a couch. The staff was very helpful and especially Winnie, the store supervisor, helped us out so much and she was so kind. She stayed with us until 19.30 although they were closing at 18.30 that day. She helped us take our time making a decision and did everything in her power to make the experience as easy and as efficient as possible. We ended up buying a really nice reclining couch and Winnie even managed to schedule a very quick delivery for us. She was so so lovely and we really appreciated the kind support and the friendliness.
