Alex was unbelievable. He was the only staff member in the store and was handling numerous customers in such a professional and calming demeanor. He handled the process with our new phones flawlessly. Would highly recommend seeing Alex with any Verizon needs. Was such a pleasure working with him.

When I came into purchase an iPad, I was happy to recognize Alex from a previous store. This man exudes customer service. He was friendly with everyone waiting while he was the only staff member there for a bit. I’m glad I came across Alex again! I trust him and that means a lot to me!

Brian N was extremely helpful. I purchased a new phone, which he set up. He also helped me troubleshoot some other issues. He was patient, competent, and professional.

Gary went above and beyond to get the exact Samsung phone I needed. He made the whole experience smooth.

Alec was a very helpful sales agent. He explained my choices and made recommendations. In the end I saved a lot trading in my old phone.

Edwin as well as all the people off the store really seem to be down to earth people. You walk in and you don’t get the stereotypical salesman who wants to milk you for everything you got. We bought an iPad there and mentioned we needed to get a case for it. He offered what they had and it wasn’t what we wanted. So he even just pulled out his phone and checked other retailers to see what they had in stock. When we declined any other things like upgrades to our products, wasn’t any hassle, just a simple, “ok, no problem.” I really like that. They even brought up a totally unrelated thing. My phone bill. They told me that my plan was an old plan that Verizon honors but doesn’t offer. But it charged me an extra $20 a month.they offered to upgrade my access and basically charge me $20 less per month. I’ve called customer service for random things over the last year and was never told that, so I’ve super glad I went to the store and they told me that with out me even asking. Definitely going back to these guys if I have any issues in the future.

I switched to a business plan, added a line and ordered a new phone all from home. Joel was great and got everything done within 20 minutes over the phone. Super quick and easy.

I want to compliment Gary Hallesy at the Lake Geneva Verizon store. I had a situation that was extremely convoluted and too long too explain and Gary went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He spent several hours on two different days to insure I was able to get my replacement phone. This entailed calling several customer service numbers at Verizon and at Samsung and also calling the original store I purchased the phone at. His knowledge of my device and all the factors that rectified my situation was amazing. I would go out of my way to go to this store just to have Gary assist me with new purchases or problems. Thanks again Gary!

Edwin helped me out past store closing to get me a phone..mine had been damaged and I’ve been going days without one. He was very patient with the whole process and made it as simple as could be. I really appreciate him taking the extra time to make sure I had everything I needed!

Great service today with M. He was knowledgeable, friendly and busy but took care of us very well. Never made us feel like we were taking up his time and answered every question we had. Quite satisfied with his service.

Went in to get questions answered about my bill. They were quickly and professionally in a friendly manner. We then asked about new plans and phones. We got 2 new phones and a new jetpack and a better plan for less than what we were paying. Edwin was terrific!!

Recently had issues with my Samsung Flip Z Fold phone. Samsung was giving me the run around with the warranty. Went into the store and Milan was such a huge help. Got on with customer service and was able to expedite my phone under warranty much faster than what they were telling me. Huge help. Thank you,!

At the Verizon store yesterday, Edwin was extremely helpful and was able to complete all of our requests within the one visit. He explained everything we needed to know with great detail, and he even helped us save some money! Overall, it is was a pleasant experience thanks to his great costumer service.

I stopped in to get a replacement car charger for my Moto Z phone. I only mention that because I don't think it's one of the more popular, or well known cellphones.
The associate greeted me, and located the right charger immediately.
( I was impressed!)
He was courteous, efficient and processed the transaction smoothly.

Ryan provided excellent customer care. He shared processes & told me what to expect. For me, my visit lead to a new phone. After I received it, Ryan took time out to help me make the transition to my new device. He was pleasant & kind, I never felt ill equipped for the task at hand.

I went into this Verizon store in a panic, as my iphone was uncontrollable. Literally opening and closing apps and emails and facetiming random people from my contacts. I clearly needed a new phone. Being on vacation, I had very little time to spend. Jim was so very helpful and I am so grateful he was there. He immediately assessed the damage and we both determined it was best that I got a new phone. He helped with the process in a very patient and informative way. I would highly recommend this Verizon store, and especially Jim.
