AT&T Store

My experience at this AT&T location was phenomenal! The atmosphere is so welcoming and positive!
I was very fortunate to have Abby and Zach guide me through the process of getting a new phone and trading in my old one. Both of them were so kind, patient and easy to talk to. They worked together to make sure I was getting what was best for me. My questions were always answered throughly and made sure I was on the same page the entire time. I hope they both get the recognition they deserve

The lake geneva at&t is incredible! Zach Webb was wonderful, patient and worked extremely hard. He was also super direct in working with my old phone company and helped to get the job done even when I had lost all hope. All 3 men working this morning were joyful and helpful. Zach did his best to help me qualify for the most discounts possible. I had a really incredible experience here today.

I went to the store today after receiving my new iPhone. I switched from spectrum to AT&T but was hesitant to do the transfer myself. Peter was extremely helpful and did it all for me. I left the store having everything transferred, new screen protector installed with a new case. Nothing left for me to do but to use my new iPhone. Peter was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Thank you Peter! I highly recommend this store.

Previously when I would visit this branch, Mary Kate was not a good fit. However, recently I have been working with Zach, and he has been wonderful. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. His customer service was great, and he was even very nice to my toddler who was with me. He made the whole experience go by much smoother than it has in the past.

Zach is great. He is super knowledgeable and unbelievably patient. I had anticipated purchasing my new phone at Best Buy because of my credit card. However, Zach did such an amazing job taking care of me that I purchased my new phone through the lake Geneva AT&T store.
Great job and will definitely tell people about my experience.

Zach was phenomenal!! Even though I’m cancelling my service with AT&T and porting to another carrier, Zach patiently and calmly sat with me as we talked worked customer service on the phone to get my issue resolved. He helped me for over 2 hours, never complaining or grumbling. Thanks, Zach! You’re amazing!

Last night I stopped in the store to buy a car charger. I met Mary Kate Riordan and ended up walking out with three new phones. I am very grateful that I met her. She went above and beyond in helping me find a plan and phones to fit my family's needs. We now all have new phones for less than the monthly cost of our old plan. She even stayed late after the store closed to help us ensure that we walked away with all of our information having properly transferred. I will refer everyone I know to Mary Kate as she is truly a gem.

My husband and I both upgraded our phones recently, a process I always dread. Our sales person Mary-Kate did an amazing job taking care of several issues that were linked to my phone. She remained positive and encouraging, when things weren’t going that smooth.

Mary gave us fantastic service. We came here twice from IL due to the service she gave us. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. She went above and beyond, she deserves a management position due to her great leadership qualities!

Switched as a long time Verizon cell customer today to AT&T with the help of two outstanding sales reps; Mary Kay and Zac. Informed, helpful and courteous! Actually I was only stopping in to inquire about a business hotspot solution but liked the two so much I just switched out my phone on the spot!
Thanks for your help and would highly recommend the two of them if you’re ready to make a change to quality 5G.

AT&T store in Lake Geneva: Mary Kate assisted me with numerous technical issues for both me and my “out of town” son. It became quite time consuming!! Mary Kate was knowledgable, professional, patient, personable and fun to work with as she resolved the issues. Thank you Mary Kate!

We came into this store looking to upgrade one line, and see what we can do about a cracked phone. The gentleman helping us out was super nice and informative on the best route for us to take. He was able to help us take advantage of all the promos/deals AT&T had to offer. Walked out a couple of happy customers!

I had a great experience at this store. I was helped by Alan and he was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products! I was looking to switch over to another phone service, and he convinced me that AT&T would be the best company to move forward with. If I have any problems or questions in the future I feel confident that there are competent staff to help me. Would highly recommend!

We had visited to the AT&T at 1741 E Geneva St Delavan WI
2 nights in a row.. The service rep,though very kind, helpful, and friendly was overwhelmed.... We sat there for over 2hours on Monday and over an hour and Tuesday without being helped... very discouraging... Should have had a second rep with him...
Frustrated, and irritated we ended up in the Lake Geneva store on Wednesday. We needed three lines transferred over from Sprint.. In and out within an hour... VERY PLEASED. After returning home and attempting to set up one of the lines we ran into a problem. Returning to that store later in the evening, service rep was very helpful. Turns out I had a bad Sim card. Issue resolved in less than 15 minutes.
