Clarion Pointe Near Erie Casino

Such a nice hotel. As soon as we walked in we were met with a very friendly welcoming assistant manager. T (sorry I can’t find your card at the moment) she made sure we were comfortable and made sure that the dog was too! We decided we wanted to go to an Irish bar. She even looked them up for us. As the afternoon progressed, there was pea soup fog. T even made sure we were safe as we decided to ordered in. The AM breakfast was good everything was clean and T was there again on top of everything. The girl never sleeps. When we are in the area, we will stop again.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and professional. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was always on time and with great choices. The staff was always there to meet all our needs. We needed to wanted our stay and the Terry at the desk took care of it immediately and seamlessly. Reach any of our destinations within a few minutes. I recommend The Clarion Pointe Hotel for stress free stay .

The staff bent over backwards to help us, especially Teri-Lyn at the front desk. They were more than accommodating, and had a great recommendation for dinner. We had originally booked at the Quality Inn about 2 blocks away. But after arriving and seeing that the hotel on the website was VERY different than in person, we decided to leave. The Clarion Pointe had a lovely room available, on short notice, at the same rate we would have paid at the first place, and they were like night & day! This hotel is still making upgrades, so there are some things that still need attention, but our room was amazing! First of all, it smelled great. The beds & bedding are clearly brand new & very comfortable. The carpets & wall decor are also very new. The breakfast was great! Overall, you can't beat this place!

WOW! What a pleasantly amazing surprise!
After reading some of the, not so positive reviews, I was expecting to be checking into some sort of a low end hotel.
Shows you that there are people out there who are just plain negative and no effort to satisfy will make them happy.
The Clarion Pointe was very easy to find.
The exterior looked fresh and clean.
Upon entering the front doors, my wife, and I were greated by one of friendliest hotel staff member we've ever met.
Terilyn was absolutely terrific, from start to finish. Offered us to help ourselves to a fresh cup of coffee or tea.
The lobby is updated, clean with a modern decor. Our room was bright and spotless!
The bed is comfortable.
We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Erie. The price was extremely reasonable. Breakfast is included and the coffee is superb.

We had a pleasant stay at Clarion Pointe Inn.
Love the staff, rooms are very neat and clean. Very well maintained property. Their coffee is best served with continental breakfast.

Omg, what a steal. Room was clean and modern, lobby was remodeled and looks great. A breakfast featuring waffles you make yourself its all legit. TV was next level with options, fridge, microwave. Modern amenities in the room solidify it's up keep.

Employees were great owner was always there. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in with any hotel very nice people

Clean, quiet, fairly priced. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Teri-Lyn at the front desk working a 16h shift! Lovely people working here :)

Excellent value for the dollar. Clean hotel with all the amenities. Convenient location. Not the newest or most luxurious building but it has a secret weapon. The hotel manager Terilynn. That woman is exactly what great customer service is about. Professional and personable. Obviously on top of things. And knows the area well enough to make excellent recommendations. Truly a credit to the Choice amd Clarion brands. She will be the reason I stay again and recommend the hotel to everyone.

The hotel is being remodeled and they are updating the rooms. You get a warm reception from Teri-Lyn who is very personable. A great place to stay at a good value. JC

I came here for a business trip and stayed in this hotel for 3 days and let me tell you that they Affordable rooms plus their very clean!!! The staff, the hospitality are great. Very professional. I recommend this 100%

One of the cleanest hotels and safest hotel I’ve been so far, the staff are very respectful and very helpful if you have a problem.The continental breakfast is super good. Plus they have affordable prices. Overall I’ll one of the best hotels I’ve been.

A very nice, quiet, off the trail kind of location which gives you the sense of privacy and peace! Close enough to scoot on down to the city, I’d say 10 mins of so, and in reach of McDonald’s, gas stations, convenience stores that offer most necessities and just off the highway, so getting back on and continuing your journey seems effortless! Highly recommended if your looking for quiet, affordable places!

My only requirement when booking a hotel is that they have a pancake machine on the breakfast buffet. They nailed it. It's a nice nice hotel with an eatery next door that has live music. The hotel is not too far from other attractions in the area. I would stay again.

It's under renovations which makes it confusing with the name, the stock photo used on Google seems to be what the hotel is projected to look like when the sign is compelted. It's misleading. It's a Days Inn under renovations, and a banner out front lists the Clarion Pointe name. Look for a building that says Days Inn on it, which I assume will soon be fixed to look like the misleading stock photo. We did drive around a bit until we figured it out.

The staff is fantastic and it's very clean
Only downfall is no vents in bathrooms and it gets hot when showering

We had a lovely stay, employees made us feel at home, and they have a very good breakfast.

Last minute Lucy here forgot to book a hotel and when I called...the young gentleman who answered was very polite and told me not to worry...he had rooms available. :) The staff is very friendly and interacts with the guests while coming and going. The rooms were clean and comfortable...and it was just a pleasant and friendly experience all around. :) We will definitely be coming back and staying here when we're in the area. :)
