Bear Lake County Airport

Drop dead gorgeous airport and nestled in the mountains. Super clean, well kept, and friendly. Self serve works well and reasonably priced. Obvious that this airport cares about GA. You do need to climb above the airport before Salt Lake ATC can pick you up but there is plenty of room.

One of my favorite airports to fly into. Hank, the airport manager, is the nicest and most helpful guy. Great airport, people, and atmosphere. I'll defiantly be back!

Super friendly staff, two courtesy cars, some free water, popcorn, and a very friendly dog. Great place to visit!

I live in bear lake

This is a really awesome airport, with cheap fuel, a fantastic pilot's lounge (wifi! ac!). Runways are in a great shape, and it is very close to Bear Lake.

The only disadvantage is that there is no way to get out of the airport without a friend picking you up. The airport has two crew cars, but they were gone when we arrived. The neighboring town of Montpelier does not have any taxis. You are on your own.
